Hardware Services
                                           Harland Technology Services (HTS) provides a variety of contracted hardware maintenance services for a wide
                                           range of computing and peripheral equipment including servers, workstations, thin client terminals, data
                                           communication devices, printers, image scanners and Scantron proprietary hardware. Our multivendor hardware
                                           services include support for major operating system platforms such as Windows, Unix, Citrix, Linux and others.
                                           Several services can be combined to produce the optimum solution.
                                           Onsite Service
                                              Our Field Service Technicians are located in major metropolitan areas across the United States. They are employed
                                              and trained by HTS and carry a territory specific inventory of spare parts. This allows us to deliver a consistent,
                                              nationwide onsite service experience.
                                           Depot and Advance Exchange Service
                                              As a compliment to our Onsite Service, we provide contracted hardware maintenance services from our 27,000
                                              square foot National Service Center. Depot agreements provide rapid repair and return service while Advance
                                              Exchange agreements provide an overnight replacement device as a permanent swap.
                                           Co-op Self Service
                                              Our Field Service Technicians are supported by an impressive training, technical and parts support infrastructure.
                                              That infrastructure is available to customers who choose to service their own environment.

                                           Managed Services
                                           ITManager, our suite of managed services, provides the fundamental support and risk remediation requirements
                                           of modern networks. It is a perfect solution for customers with limited internal technical resources.
                                           Network Administration Service
                                              By combining our onsite hardware service with administrative support and proactive, remote network monitoring,
                                              our Network Administration Service addresses core, day-to-day network support requirements including routine
                                              account maintenance, proactive system health checks, issue resolution and more.
                                           Backup and Recovery Services
                                              Remote Backup Service relieves the pain of traditional backup routines by encrypting core data and moving it
                                              via a secure connection to an offsite, SAS-70 certified data center where it is available for easy restoration.
                                              System Recovery Service provides quick restoration and recovery of failed systems via software and hardware
                                              that creates encrypted system images, which can be sent to a remote location or stored locally on a portable
                                              device for offsite protection.
                                           Security Services
                                              Customers can address the growing level of network-related risk via a variety of HTS security services
                                              including Managed Firewall, Web Content Filtering, SPAM Filtering, Vulnerability Assessment and Endpoint
                                              Security – a managed anti-malware solution.

                                           Managed Print Services
                                           MPowerPrint, our managed print service solution, helps our customers manage printing costs by using secure,
                                           state-of-the-art printer monitoring software to deliver proactive toner replenishment, onsite service and strategic
                                           fleet planning. By outsourcing the management of their printer fleet, IT personnel are free to focus on other network
                                           priorities and finance personnel receive the real, tangible data they need to understand their print-related costs.

                                           Network Design and Implementation Services
                                           Our solution design experts and strategically located implementation specialists can create custom hardware
                                           and software solutions when upgrades, additions or reconfigurations are required.
                                           Technology Refresh
                                             We can assist customers with the purchase and installation of hardware at their location(s) to ensure their systems
                                             are up-to-date and can run their software applications efficiently.
                                           Software Partnerships
                                             We partner with a number of software application providers to offer their customers the hardware solution to
                                             accompany their software support.
                                           Network Assessments
                                             Our Applications Performance and Infrastructure Review is a service that analyzes a company’s network, servers,
                                             workstations, software and their readiness to support software applications. This service consists of three distinct
                                             phases: Information Gathering, Analysis and Report Generation.
