10. Conference Center High Tech Campus has every facility you could wish for.
It goes without saying that the technical equipment is state-of-the-art.
The Conference Center has a flexible layout, with a reception/exhibition
area, an in-house Starbucks café, an auditorium that seats close to 300
people, nine conference rooms and superb-quality catering options, all in
an open setting at an inspirational location. Here are our main areas:
RÖNTGEN RECEPTION/EXHIBITION AREA
This light-filled space with a waterfront view is the central meeting place
for your guests. Its open character helps create a pleasant, informal
atmosphere, and it allows direct access to the auditorium, the conference
rooms and Starbucks. Röntgen is also a multifunctional area. Planning a
demonstration, a mini-fair or drinks and canapés? The choice is yours.
In case of a large-scale event,you can use the Röntgen atrium as an exhibition
area.You can make free use of our demo-units especially designed for this
occasion.
EINSTEIN AUDITORIUM
The Einstein Auditorium seats nearly 300 people.Your participants can
make themselves comfortable in their luxury seats, each one equipped
with table, high-speed Internet connection and a power outlet.The
10-meter-wide screen will help you turn every keynote into an impressive
presentation. Our team in the technical room will be supporting you
throughout the event, optimizing light, images and sound, and, if you wish,
recording every second.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
The nine conference rooms are spread across two floors and vary in capacity
from 10 to 130 people. Each room has multiple layout possibilities,
ranging from a U-form for intensive meetings to a theater format for
business presentations.All our conference rooms are equipped with a
screen, beamer, white board, amplifier, flip over and adjustable lighting by
touchscreen.Video conferencing equipment is available at your service and
included in the room rental price.
Since it is important to have daylight during intensive meetings, all our
conference rooms have generous floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an
atmosphere for pleasant meetings.
