SCOPE OF WORK AND OBJECTIVES OF MONTHLY HSE ACTION PLAN
The monthly HSE action plan is a project safety program that consists of a safety campaign,
training awareness, and weekly safety flashes. The action plan was initiated in reference to the
site’s monthly observation analysis, and incidents that happen at the project site or within NMDC.
This also covers other topics, which are beneficial and related to the project activities.

There are mainly three types of HSE walkthrough conducted.
• Client weekly SLT(senior leadership team) walkthrough(

site after the SLT.

Sunday or Monday).
• Senior HSE team safety walkthrough
• NB - PTW compliance, Housekeeping, and material
storage are the key areas that will be verified during the

As part of the monthly HSE action plan, this month’s HSE initiative, NMDC will continue to focus on environmental
awareness and shoreline cleanup.
- Awareness will be given to all site personnel with regard to waste segregation (continues…)
- Shoreline Clean-up operation (continuous…)
Other initiatives
- Separate training will be given to the site fire wardens as part of the emergency response team.
- Separate training will be given to site banskman/ flagman.
7.0 PROJECT HSE CHAMPION MAN OF THE MONTH
As part of the HSE behavioral development program, the project
management introduced a recognition scheme for those who have
demonstrated their commitment toward HSE.
The Project/Line Manager will present the July 2023
award on the 2nd
