This document provides instructions for running and exporting a Promotion Information Report (PIR) from the IPPS-A system. It describes how to search for an officer's promotion data, export it to a CSV file, transpose the data in Excel and save it as a single-page PDF for uploading to eTRACKER. The PDF format allows for easy viewing of an individual officer's promotion information in eTRACKER.

1. Scroll to the bottom, center of
the results to access the “Export”
option.
2. Select “Export” to “Data”, then
choose “CSV Format” for the fastest
performance

Choose “Adobe
PDF” from the
