This document is from the perspective of a Palestinian describing their plight. It summarizes that Palestinians have lived in the land for thousands of years but since 1945 have had their homes and land taken by Israel through attacks and theft. Palestinians live surrounded by walls in what some call a "Giant Prison" and their children try to hide or fight back to regain their freedom and homes. Despite throwing stones in protest against their oppression, Israel remains much stronger due to support from allies like the United States. Some Palestinians have turned to violence out of desperation while many are killed or wounded by Israeli attacks. The document calls for others to learn about and help the Palestinian people.
This document discusses how to deal with and overcome "blue days", which are days when a person feels miserable, grumpy, lonely, and exhausted. Some tips provided include facing issues rather than avoiding them, relaxing through deep breathing or meditation, going for a walk, accepting emotional baggage, seeing things from a different perspective, standing up for yourself if needed, being proud but also able to laugh at yourself, living each day fully, and taking risks.
