  1. 1. The Blue Day Book
  2. 2. Everybody has blue days.
  3. 3. These are miserable days when you feel lousy,
  4. 4. grumpy,
  5. 5. lonely,
  6. 6. and utterly exhausted.
  7. 7. Just getting started seems impossible.
  8. 8. On blue days you can become paranoid that everyone is out to get you. (This is not always such a bad thing.)
  9. 9. You feel frustrated and anxious,
  10. 10. which can induce a nail-biting frenzy
  11. 11. that can escalate into atriple-chocolate-mud-cake-eating frenzy in a blink of an eye!
  12. 12. So how can you find that blissful "just sliding into a hot bubble bath" kind of feeling?
  13. 13. Its easy.
  14. 14. First, stop slinking away from all those nagging issues. Its time to face the music
  15. 15. Now, just relax. Take some deep breaths.(in through the nose and out through the mouth) Try to meditate if you can.
  16. 16. Or go for a walk to clear your head.
  17. 17. Accept the fact that youll have to let go of some emotional baggage.
  18. 18. Try seeing things from a different perspective.
  19. 19. Maybe you’re actually the one at fault.If thats the case, be big enough to say youre sorry. (its never too late to do this.)
  20. 20. If someone else is doing the wrong thing, stand up tallandsay, "Thats not right and I wont stand for it!"Its okay to be forceful.
  21. 21. (Its rarely okay to blow raspberries.)
  22. 22. Be proud of who you are,
  23. 23. but dont lose the ability to laugh at yourself.
  24. 24. (this is a lot easier when you associate with positive people.)
  25. 25. Live every day as if it were your last, because one day it will be.
  26. 26. Dont be afraid to bite off more than you can chew.
  27. 27. Take big risks.
  28. 28. Never hang back. Get out there and go for it.
  29. 29. After all, isnt that what life is all about?
  30. 30. I think so too.
