Enter yesware.com on your
browser

Then the Yesware Home page opens

Click Install to Gmail

Then click Add to Chrome

Then Yesware is downloaded

Then Yesware has been added to
Chrome

Click Activate now

Then Yesware asks for access to
your Gmail Account

Scroll down and click Accept

After you install Yesware and
refresh Gmail,

you’ll see the Yesware Dashboard at
the top of your Inbox.

After you use Yesware for a bit,

And Recent Events and Tracking
activities

Or as a Summary of Events for
Recent Emails

You’ll see Who’s opened your
message

At what Time

what that Subject Title was

Click All Events

To show the Device used

and Location information

And the Recipient

When you Compose an email,

Click Compose

And this window opens

And you’ll see the Yesware toolbar

Enter the Recipient’s name

Then the Subject

Click Sans Seriff

To change the Font

Click on the space to close the
Font

Click Tt to change the text size

Click B for Bold text

Click I to slant your text

Click U to underline your text

Click the A dropdown

To select Text Color

Or Background Color

Click here to Align your text

You may Align text to the right

Or Align text to the Center

Or Align text to the Left

Click Number a List

to number a list

Click here for Bullets on List

Put a Bullet below a number

Click Indent to left

Indent to Left

Or click Indent More

Indent more

Use this “ to Qoute

And this to
Remove Formatting

Click Template

and this gives you access to your
Template menu

Click New to create New
Templates

You can search by templates, titles,
subjects and bodies

Click Ok Thanks to close the
yellow box

Click x to close the window

Or use the templates that you
recently used

Or use your Favorite templates

Or click ALL Templates

You can organize your template by
Category

Click x to close the window

Click Track

Here you can change your
Tracking Preferences

Click Change Preferences

Enable Tracking Options

Then click Save and Reload Gmail

Check CRM

to enable Yesware to send this email
to CRM

Then click Save and Reload to
Gmail

Click Remind

That automatically logs your email
activities

Against your contact lead

Enable the Compose Toolbar to

Collapse it and Expand it as you
need it

And the 3rd option is the
Event Notification

This is a Pop-up notification
that’s you’ll receive

once a Tracking Activity has
occured

so you’ll see when people have

You have the option to
Turn it Off

if receiving too many emails
which creates too much noise

And put your CRM email
address in this field

The BCC to CRM can also be
disabled

Because you have a full
Salesforce immigration.

Yesware will automatically sinc
your outgoing messages into
your CRM

But without
Full Salesforce immigration
you have no need for this

And finally the
Salesforce section

Click the Salesforce button to have
it authenticated

It will ask you for some
permissions and have to
authenticate your account

The BLUE Salesforce button
turns Green

Enable both Salesforce Sidebar
and Send to Salesforce

For you to get the most out of
the immigration

refresh all your settings
