To start with

What is VLC ?

VLC is a free and open
source cross-platform
multimedia player

and framework that plays
most multimedia files as
well as DVDs, Audio CDs,

VCDs, and various streaming
protocols.

In simple words..

It is a simple, fast and
powerful media player that
plays everything.

So, lets start up ..

Open your web browser

Type in VLC here..

Then press enter.

This will appear..

Click this link ..

You will be directed to the
VLC site

Click Download

Downloading will appear here..

Wait till it finishes..

When its done, click it ..

A dialog box will appear..

Click Run

Select OK.

Select Next.

Click Next

Select Next

Click Install

Installation ongoing ..

Select Finish.

Congratulations!

Your VLC is installed!

HOW TO play a movie

Select Media

Select Open file

Select Videos

Select the video you want

Then click Open

You’re done!

There is also another way

Open your folder

Select Videos

Right click your selected video

This appears,

Place your mouse pointer to
Open with

Then Select VLC media player

Tadaaa!! You’re done!

The same process goes,

If you want to play Music

HOW TO SET Visualization
for Music

Open your VLC

Select Media

Select Open file

Select Music

Click Sample Music

Select any Music you want

For me I will choose Kalimba

Now that you have opened your
Music file

Let us set the Visualization

Select Audio

Select Visualization

Then select from spectrometer..

Then select from scope..

Then select from spectrum..

Then select from Vu meter..

Then select to Goom.

HOW TO adjust the speed
of your video

Select the video you want to
play

Select Playback

Select speed

Then choose which speed you want

Then click Play

To view the current speed
of your video

Select View

Click Status Bar

Here shows the Speed of Video

HOW TO Fine tune your
Audio and Video

Using your current Video

Click this..

See this pointer?

Adjust by moving it Left and
Right

HOW TO change sound
effects

Using again your current video

Select Tools

Click Effect and Filters

This will appear..

Click Enable

Select Preset

Then select from flat ..

To classical..

To Club..

To Dance..

To full bass..

To Full Treble..

To Headphones..

To Large Hall.

Then Click Close if you’re done.
