Our survey also revealed a wide disparity in the digital maturity of healthcare providers. Only 33% were found to be digitally mature or Digirati, while the majority were found to be lagging in the use of digital technologies.

While social media usage among older patients and those with chronic conditions still lags, it is growing rapidly.
