This document discusses how to use induction projects to improve results for AIESEC exchange programs. It recommends structuring induction to be faster and focus on generating tangible results. For the Global Cultural Diversity Program (GCDP), induction projects lasting 2 months before the program can establish team leader positions who recruit participants and coordinate projects. Keeping the theoretical part brief and separating participants into groups on the first day allows them to quickly begin productive projects. The document suggests framing induction as the first step in an exchange program to attract more participants.
