The document provides information for beginner runners on how to start and improve their running. It outlines 5 stages of running from walking to running longer distances. It emphasizes strengthening the core and key muscles to prevent injuries. The document also includes nutrition tips, sample training plans, and resources for runners to continue learning.
This document outlines an 8-week beginner's running programme that gradually increases duration and decreases rest periods over time. It provides useful advice such as repeating sessions twice a week for quicker improvement, warming up before runs, and taking rest days between sessions, especially at the start. Additional forms of exercise are recommended to support running progress. Essential running gear includes properly fitted shoes, socks, and a sports bra, and advice is given on warm up and post-run stretches.
When playing rugby, a player is allowed to tackle members of the opposing team by getting into a low power stance with bent legs and a flat back, and hitting with the shoulder at the hips while wrapping their arms around the player to bring them safely to the ground. Tackling can only be done during a rugby game and targeting areas above the shoulders or tackling those not involved in the game could hurt someone.

This social story by Mr. Dante Lammendola, a kinesiology/pre-health professions student at Temple University, explains how to play catch with a frisbee.
This social story describes the proper technique for throwing the ball back in bounds during a soccer game. It explains that if the opposing team kicks the ball out, the reader can use their hands to throw it back in. The reader is instructed to use both hands, keep their feet flat on the ground, call out a teammate's name, and throw the ball towards their feet at a safe height so they are not hurt. The goal is to only use hands for in-bounds throws and to have fun doing it.
This social story by Mr. Isaque Feitosa, a kinesiology/pre-health professions student at Temple University, explains how to perform a "Soccer Throw In".
This social story by Kyle Regensberg, a kinesiology pre-health professions major at Temple University, explains how to field a ground ball in baseball or softball.
We will ask friends nicely if they want to play tag outside in a designated area. One friend will be chosen to be the tagger first and will try to tag other players, with the tagged player becoming the new tagger. We set rules like a safe spot to take breaks and taking turns being tagger so everyone has fun and no one gets singled out.

The document describes the steps a child takes to properly kick a soccer ball, including placing the ball on the ground, stepping back with eyes on the ball, running and bending the knee to kick the top of the ball with the laces of the shoe so it flies through the air safely without hurting others, only kicking to others when playing together outside.

LAND USE LAND COVER AND NDVI OF MIRZAPUR DISTRICT, UPRAHUL
This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like

Changes in vegetation cover refer to variations in the distribution, composition, and overall
structure of plant communities across different temporal and spatial scales. These changes can
occur natural.

This document provides an overview of wound healing, its functions, stages, mechanisms, factors affecting it, and complications.
A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.
Communicating effectively and consistently with students can help them feel at ease during their learning experience and provide the instructor with a communication trail to track the course's progress. This workshop will take you through constructing an engaging course container to facilitate effective communication.
2. Before my race, I must stretch to
make sure I do not hurt my
muscles
3. I make sure my sneakers are tied
tight so they will not come untied
during the race
4. I ask my coach what lane I am in

right one when it is time for my race
5. When the referee yells “Go!” I make
sure to start running fast and not run
into others on the track
6. When the race is ending, I make sure
to run fast through the finish line and
keep a smile on my face! I am not sad
if I do not win because I tried my best
7. After my race, I do a short cool-down
run to relax my muscles and
