To address this, the tutor should make tasks easier, use stronger reinforcers like playing, and limit attention after disruptive behaviors. Playing is especially important as a reinforcer for children with functional skills.

There are several key benefits to using a cloud-based ERP system for school management:
1. It provides easy access to data from any location since the data is stored remotely in the cloud rather than locally. This allows administrators to access and manage school data from anywhere.
2. Data availability is improved since cloud data centers used by ERP providers like MySchoolr ensure high uptime of 99.99% through automated systems and disaster recovery.
3. Security of data is also a priority for cloud providers who use techniques like encryption, firewalls, and AI to protect user data even if a device is lost or stolen.
A cloud-based school management system is the perfect tool for this since it is a technology-based solution to the organizational and process-driven needs of a school.

How to make a shy kid confident
1. How To Make A Shy Kid Confident?
As parents, we understand that not all children are self-sufficient in themselves.
Some are shy, favoring to hide in their rooms when strangers come home or
refusing to speak in front of people. As shy children grow up, they feel inferior to
the more convinced ones and want to be like them. Shy kids have fewer
possibilities to develop social skills, have fewer friends, and increase feelings of
loneliness in most cases.
1. Don't label him 'shy'
It is necessary never to call your child 'shy' in the presence of other people. If the
kid does not communicate to a guest, you may say, 'she/he does not feel like
chatting right now.' If the parents act ordinary about their shyness, teachers and
strangers will also take the prompt.
2. Leave after a while
No child will grow to be self-sufficient and independent if the parent is hovering
over him all the time. Therefore, it is essential to judge when to leave the kid with
2. his own devices while unfamiliar with his surroundings. If parents are too
protecting, the kid will not learn better skills and mechanisms.
3. Role-playing
Role-playing can be amazingly useful, especially when the kid has to interact with
a grown-up, conceivably teacher. You could imagine circumstances when the child
has neglected to bring a book and act out how he would excuse to the teacher,
for example.
4. Give him 'warm-up' time..
Regularly give your kids some warm-up time before introducing them to strangers
or before joining them in a new school or academy. Let them be with you for a
while, observing the surroundings and the people till he feels more at peace.
5. Do not compare the kid with others.
Teachers and parents should take care not to compare the shy kid with others.
Comparisons to a more confident kid discourage rather than inspire the shy child.
Instead of comparing and struggling with other people, teach your kid to compare
himself with his older versions and show him how much greater he has become.
Also read: 11 Self Study Tips For Students During Lockdown.
6. Teach him how to do everything by himself
Whenever there is a chance or an opportunity arises, teach your child to do minor
jobs, such as wiping the table after a snack or meal, chopping vegetables, etc.
Knowledge brings confidence and feelings of self-efficacy.
7. Acknowledge even minor achievements
3. Nothing builds courage like honest appreciation. Address a pat on the back or a
thumbs up for even minor successes. Even being able to chat with a stranger calls
for a little feast!
8. Help him shine in what he likes.
Being skilled in a particular area does wonder for one's self-confidence. It need
not be academics. It could be anything from playing volleyball to painting to
cooking. Just help him find his healthy place, and help him raise it.
9.Nevermore force a child to talk or interact.
It is not a great idea to force a shy kid to talk or communicate with other people.
If a kid is not ready for it, it is always better to remain until he is settled.
Overpowering a child to socialize can be traumatic for a shy child.
10. Take him out often with you.
A shy kid needs as many chances as possible to meet other people and be in a
friendly ambiance. This will not be frightening to him because you are there with
him. After many such outings, he will feel optimistic about going out and meet
people on his own.
11. Diet and exercise
Feeling good about one's own body is necessary to build one's belief. This is
particularly true in the growing age when appearance means a lot. Ensure that
the child has nutritious food in adequate quantities and does regular workout to
keep a fit body. A healthy body image goes a considerable way in building a kid's
confidence.
12. Accept the kids as they are
