1. How to Get a Stripper Body
If you want to be fit and toned, you may or may not need to lose weight. Losing weight has lots of different connotations. You can lose weight and actually be flabbier and less toned. I lost almost 8 lbs overnight one time when I ate bad sushi and I gained 13 lbs in one day when I had surgery. The word means absolutely nothing. So lets get rid of that word! Instead of saying lose weight let's say lose body fat, because that is our goal. We want to lose body fat to showcase the toned muscles underneath.
Accept the naked truth, there is no magic pill. You will become leaner by burning more calories than you consume
Option 1: Eat Less If you choose to do it by restricting your calories, you may lose quot;
weightquot;
but you may not lose body fat. Especially if you do a crazy low calorie diet, you will lose muscle tone. This is not good because we want the muscles underneath to be toned. Option 2: Exercise More If you choose to do it through exercise, you will probably start to see results in a few weeks. However, pay close attention to your calories! You will likely begin eating more because the exercise is making you hungrier...leaving you right back at where you started! Option 3: Diet and Exercise Combined The key is to use both diet and exercise together. Most importantly make it a lifestyle change, not a crazy fad diet or super painful 6 week bootcamp class. Make working out a part of your daily routine, like brushing your teeth. Likewise, be aware of the foods you choose to eat, are they healthy? In general, the healthiest foods are ones that you can grow or hunt: I.e. Grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. If it comes in a can, a box, or you have to add water to it...it's not the best source of healthy nutrition.
Understand that we have to TRICK our bodies to burn more fat when we exercise. The reason our body stores extra calories as fat is left over from our ancestors. They had to work hard to get their food: hunting for meat or farming the land for vegetables. Their bodies were trained to store fat in case there was a famine. We don't have work for our food, or worry about a famine for the most part, but our bodies still operate the same way. Our bodies are SMART, they don't want to lose the fat stores in case of famine...so we have to trick it into burning fat as fuel when we exercise.
In order to burn bodyfat as fuel...your body needs two things: 1. low glucose and glycogen levels 2. oxygen
The first source of energy your body turns to is the glucose or sugar that is in your blood. This is usually the remainder of whatever meal you last ate. It takes about 20 minutes to burn through the glucose in your blood. Once you burn through it, your body starts to look for energy from another source.
The second source of energy is the glycogen stored in your muscles. Think of glycogen as the stockpile of the last 3 days of food. If you ate a ton of carbs (sugar) it will take you a long time to burn through this energy store. If you have been eating fewer calories than you are burning, then you probably don't have very much glycogen stored in your muscles.
This is where LOW INTENSITY CARDIO comes in
This twenty minute mark is crucial, and unfortunately it's where many people stop. Keep going! You have not even started to burn your fat yet! All you did was burn the calories from the protein bar you had for breakfast! It is also important to notice your intensity of exercise. In order to convert stored fat to energy, you need oxygen. This means you have to be able to breathe! So if you are gasping for air doing interval training....your body is burning glucose, glycogen, and sometimes adrenaline NOT FAT! When your body IS burning fat you can maintain steady deep breathing and feel like you can maintain that pace for an hour if you had to. And you can because one hour of aerobic exercise is what you want to aim for 3 times a week.
19050635Yes, it’s a TON of work, but it’s worth it in the end!
My name is Rebecca Avalon and I teach exotic dancers how to make more money at www.stripandgrowrich.com
