3. Go to ‘Reservations’ then
press ‘Enter’ key.

4. You will get this window.
Press ‘Enter’ again to see
the available rooms.

5. In this example, you can only
book one more room (SKIT) and
you will be 100% capacity!

6. ‘SKIT’ is a smoking room

7. Determine the date of
arrival of the guest and
number of nights.

8. Check how many are guests are staying in their
respective fields. Click on the arrow to set the
room type to ‘SKIT’. Press ‘Enter’ key and until
you reach the registration screen.

9. This is where you will enter all
pertinent information like name of
guest/s, payment information, telephone
number etc. Once you reach ‘OK’ button,
you are done! You are ready to take the
next reservation.
