We have this misconception that in order to build muscles you have to eat meat. Then how about vegetarians? How can they build muscles? Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, and poultry. They abstain from eating animal products such as milk, cheese, and dairy products. Their diet includes vegetables, fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grain, nuts, seeds, and legumes. So if vegetarians don’t eat meat, how can they develop strong muscles?
