To add the "My Computer" folder to the Windows 7/Vista taskbar, right-click on the taskbar and select "New Toolbar" from the Toolbars menu. Select the Computer icon from your file explorer and it will be added to the taskbar. Clicking the Computer folder on the taskbar will allow you to browse through all your drives and desktop by clicking the pop-up arrows. This process also works for adding the Desktop folder to the taskbar.

2.  To add a folder to the taskbar, just right-click on the taskbar and
choose the Toolbars menu, and then click on New Toolbar.

3. FOLDER
 Just find the folder that you want… in this instance we’ll select
the Computer icon and then click on Select Folder.

4.  Now you can see the Computer folder right there on the
taskbar. If you click the little arrows it will pop up and let you
browse through all your drives.
