Gabriel Konayuma completed an MBA through distance learning from MANCOSA to gain deeper knowledge and skills for his job in entrepreneurship promotion and development. He found the MBA experience fun and appreciated learning through action learning and supervision, which helped him improve his writing, research, and reflection skills. His dissertation provided a deeper understanding of challenges faced by Zambian women entrepreneurs. He has since supervised over 40 MBA students and encourages others to pursue an MBA if prepared for the commitment required.
