This document provides steps to block all attachments in Outlook 2016. It instructs the user to modify the registry to add a string value called "Level1Add" that contains file extensions. When restarted, Outlook will block any emails containing attachments with the listed extensions like .zip, .txt, .rar, and many more file types.

3. Step 1: Press Win + R keys simultaneously to open the Run dialog box,
type regedit into the Open box, and click the OK button.

4. Step 2: In the Registry Editor window, please open the Security key with below path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice16.0OutlookSecurity. Then Right
click the Security key, and select New > String Value in the right-clicking menu.

5. Step 3: Name the new string value as Level1Add. And then Right
click the new Level1Add string value, and select Modify in the
right-clicking menu.

6. Step 4: When Edit String dialog box comes out. Please paste below file
extensions into the Value data box, and click the OK button. And restart your
outlook.
