This document discusses the two primary types of life insurance: term life insurance and permanent life insurance. Term life insurance provides coverage for a specific period of time and has lower rates, but does not build cash value. It should be considered if insurance is needed for a limited time period or budget is limited. Permanent life insurance provides lifelong coverage and allows cash value to accumulate on a tax-deferred basis, but has higher premiums. It should be considered if lifelong coverage or savings benefits are desired. The document advises speaking with an advisor to determine the best type of policy based on individual needs and goals.

Annuity is a term that is familiar to most of us and that we have been now hearing for over 200 years. Annuities are nothing but products offered by insurance companies that allow you to save on taxes and derive benefit on retirement. These accumulated funds are later repaid to you either for a fixed term, say 5 to 10 year, or for the rest part of your life.
Annuities are quite similar to Collateral deposits. CDs are offered by banks, similarly, insurance companies offer different return schemes on your annuity investments.
What is the meaning of annuity?
For a layman, an annuity is nothing but a contract between two parties, a person, also called as the insured and an organization which is nothing but an insurance company. The insurance company agrees to pay the insured an agreed upon benefit either in the form of regular interval payments or in lump sum.
Who offers an Annuity?
Annuities are presented by Insurance companies. They reach customers by the way of licensed agents. But before you chose to invest with the insurance company, you should check their insurance licenses. State and federal laws and insurance commissions govern the reserve funds, also known as State Legal Reserve Pools.
How does an Annuity Scheme work?
Annuity is a contract. The insured makes a deposit with the insurance company either in a single go or through regular small installments. Depending upon the type of annuity you choose, the money deposited with the insurance company will earn fixed or variable return.
Different Types of Annuity:
• Single premium immediate annuity: The amount is paid in lump sum and the benefits are derived from the immediate next month onwards.
• Single premium deferred annuity: Again, the amount is paid in lump sum but the withdrawals can be made only after specified time limit
• Annual premium deferred annuity: The premium paid to the insurance company is either in form of quarterly, or monthly or bi-annual or annual installments. Withdrawals are deferred to a later date.
• Variable annuity: This is more of a combination annuity scheme where you can chose either to pay a lump sum amount or in installments. You can choose the investment vehicle as well. Thus, the growth of your fund depends on vehicle chosen.
Thus, depending upon the scheme chosen by you, the amount deposited by you grows. At a time elected by you, the insurance company will start disbursing your deposits from your annuity account.
You also have a choice of withdrawing funds in lump sum after a certain time elapses.
Benefits associated with Annuities:
• Tax Deferral: The money invested in an annuity scheme stays tax free and grows tax free till the time you withdraw it. The age set for withdrawals is 59.5 years. Any funds withdrawn prior to this age bear an annual penalty charge of 10%.
• The insured gets a secured guaranteed return for the rest of life, especially post retirement
Thus, annuity offers you a medium of saving, ensuring avoiding probate for your heirs, safety of funds and much more.
Learn to understand the different types of life insurance. It provides compensation for financial loss only not profit.

Let's talk about Life Insurance.
Talk to our Trust Life Insurance brokers to know your options. Zero fees and zero obligations!
In life insurance, you insure yourself to protect your loved ones. It's as if by putting on a helmet yourself, your child would be safe if he or she fell off the bike. It sounds illogical and yet it's not only true but it's very effective!
You probably guessed it, but your life insurance will pay a death benefit when you're gone. So you'll never really benefit from it. Instead, your spouse, children, parents or loved ones will be the real people protected by your life insurance. Since they would be the people most affected by your death, they are the ones you really protect by taking out your insurance.
Retirement is your time to enjoy everything you struggled to squeeze into your busy work life: travel, relaxation, hobbies, spending time with loved ones. This exciting period of your life is more likely to live up to its promise if you avoid these four common retirement planning mistakes.
Planning for retirement can be a daunting task, but starting early, recruiting the right help, and checking the boxes one at a time makes your goals more manageable.

The following tips can help.
No medical life insurance is a type of life insurance that does not require medical tests. Some plans go even further and do not even require a medical questionnaire.

When it comes to ensuring financial peace of mind for your family, final expense life insurance is a way to cover funeral costs or other expenses for older adults who no longer need a traditional life insurance policy. Those bills can get pretty big, with the average funeral costing roughly $10,000. That can be a lot for a family to deal with, especially while grieving your loss, which is why final expense insurance is a good option.

How to prepare a financial plan to help you adjust to retirement Pravesh Vasudeva
We know how exciting retirement can be after years of hard work. So have you considered how you are going to spend your “me time?" How long you’ll live is an important factor that impacts how long your money needs to last. Canadians are living longer than before, which means you’ll likely need more to support your retirement dreams.
Do you think you’ll spend less in retirement? Some say you’ll spend the same, or maybe even more. To help you position for a bright future, you can take these steps as you move closer to retirement.
Most of us understand "insurance” to be that stuff that you had to have for your car, your home, and your health. The “life” part was a big, blurry blob of “other.”
If that’s how you’re feeling, here are a few tips that might help bring things into focus — by understanding the “nots” of life insurance.
Riders are essentially additional benefits added to an insurance policy that often require an additional premium payment. In this way, riders can customize a life insurance policy to address specific needs or concerns. Here are the most important life insurance riders to consider.
If you get sick – like, really sick – how will you take care of yourself financially? If you aren’t able to work and need money to pay for medical expenses, care, and travel, where will it come from? To prepare for such an event, we recommend the purchase of a critical illness insurance policy.
The cost of critical illness insurance depends on several risk factors. In this presentation, we discuss these factors in detail.
The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.

US Economic Outlook - Being Decided - M Capital Group August 2021.pdfpchutichetpong
The U.S. economy is continuing its impressive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and not slowing down despite re-occurring bumps. The U.S. savings rate reached its highest ever recorded level at 34% in April 2020 and Americans seem ready to spend. The sectors that had been hurt the most by the pandemic specifically reduced consumer spending, like retail, leisure, hospitality, and travel, are now experiencing massive growth in revenue and job openings.
Could this growth lead to a “Roaring Twenties”? As quickly as the U.S. economy contracted, experiencing a 9.1% drop in economic output relative to the business cycle in Q2 2020, the largest in recorded history, it has rebounded beyond expectations. This surprising growth seems to be fueled by the U.S. government’s aggressive fiscal and monetary policies, and an increase in consumer spending as mobility restrictions are lifted. Unemployment rates between June 2020 and June 2021 decreased by 5.2%, while the demand for labor is increasing, coupled with increasing wages to incentivize Americans to rejoin the labor force. Schools and businesses are expected to fully reopen soon. In parallel, vaccination rates across the country and the world continue to rise, with full vaccination rates of 50% and 14.8% respectively.
However, it is not completely smooth sailing from here. According to M Capital Group, the main risks that threaten the continued growth of the U.S. economy are inflation, unsettled trade relations, and another wave of Covid-19 mutations that could shut down the world again. Have we learned from the past year of COVID-19 and adapted our economy accordingly?
“In order for the U.S. economy to continue growing, whether there is another wave or not, the U.S. needs to focus on diversifying supply chains, supporting business investment, and maintaining consumer spending,” says Grace Feeley, a research analyst at M Capital Group.
While the economic indicators are positive, the risks are coming closer to manifesting and threatening such growth. The new variants spreading throughout the world, Delta, Lambda, and Gamma, are vaccine-resistant and muddy the predictions made about the economy and health of the country. These variants bring back the feeling of uncertainty that has wreaked havoc not only on the stock market but the mindset of people around the world. MCG provides unique insight on how to mitigate these risks to possibly ensure a bright economic future.

USDA Loans in California: A Comprehensive Overview
If you're dreaming of owning a home in California's rural or suburban areas, a USDA loan might be the perfect solution. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) offers these loans to help low-to-moderate-income individuals and families achieve homeownership.
Key Features of USDA Loans:
Zero Down Payment: USDA loans require no down payment, making homeownership more accessible.
Competitive Interest Rates: These loans often come with lower interest rates compared to conventional loans.
Flexible Credit Requirements: USDA loans have more lenient credit score requirements, helping those with less-than-perfect credit.
Guaranteed Loan Program: The USDA guarantees a portion of the loan, reducing risk for lenders and expanding borrowing options.
Eligibility Criteria:
Location: The property must be located in a USDA-designated rural or suburban area. Many areas in California qualify.
Income Limits: Applicants must meet income guidelines, which vary by region and household size.
Primary Residence: The home must be used as the borrower's primary residence.
Application Process:
Find a USDA-Approved Lender: Not all lenders offer USDA loans, so it's essential to choose one approved by the USDA.
Pre-Qualification: Determine your eligibility and the amount you can borrow.
Property Search: Look for properties in eligible rural or suburban areas.
Loan Application: Submit your application, including financial and personal information.
Processing and Approval: The lender and USDA will review your application. If approved, you can proceed to closing.

Consequently, right now. All you need to do is select the right pi network provider.
Who is a pi merchant?
An individual who buys coins from miners on the pi network and resells them to investors hoping to hang onto them until the mainnet is launched is known as a pi merchant.

How can you choose the right type of Life Insurance?
1. How can you choose
the right type of life
insurance?
2. Term Life Insurance
Permanent Insurance
Choosing the right type of life insurance can be
confusing, but it’s also an important decision.
There are primarily two types of life insurance
to choose from:
02.
4. 04.
Term life insurance enables you to
match the length of the term policy to
the length of the need. For example, if
you have young children and want to
ensure that there will be funds to pay
for their college education, you might
buy 20-year term life insurance. Or if
you want the insurance to repay a debt
that will be paid off in a specified time
period, buy a term policy for that
period.
You need life
insurance for a
specific period
of time.
5. 05.
In general, this type of insurance pays
only if you die during the term of the
policy, so the rate per thousand of
death benefit is lower than for
permanent forms of life insurance. If
you are still alive at the end of the
term, coverage stops unless the policy
is renewed or a new one bought.
Unlike permanent insurance, you will
not typically build equity in the form of
cash savings.
You need a
large amount of
life insurance
within a limited
budget.
6. If you think your financial needs may change, you may
also want to look into “convertible” term policies.
These allow you to convert to permanent insurance
without a medical examination in exchange for higher
premiums.
Keep in mind that premiums are the lowest when you
are young and increase upon renewal as you age.
Some term insurance policies can be renewed when
the policy ends, but the premium will generally
increase. Some policies require a medical examination
at renewal to qualify for the lowest rates.
06.
8. 08.
A permanent policy pays a death
benefit whether you die tomorrow
or live to be over 100.
You need life
insurance for
as long as you
live.
9. 09.
The savings element can be used to pay
premiums to keep the life insurance in
force if you can’t pay them otherwise, or
it can be used for any other purpose you
choose. You can borrow these funds
even if your credit is shaky. The death
benefit is collateral for the loan, and if
you die before it’s repaid, the insurance
company collects what is due the
company before determining what’s
goes to your beneficiary.
You want to
accumulate a
savings element
that will grow on
a tax-deferred
basis
10. Keep in mind that premiums for permanent policies
are generally higher than for term insurance.
However, the premium in a permanent policy remains
the same no matter how old you are, while term can
go up substantially every time you renew it.
