The Johnson family lived
in the residence for 4

They built a beautiful
garden in the backyard
w h i c h h a s b e e n
maintained throughout the
years. Additionally, they
added more grass to the
front yard.
The Gomez family lived in
the residence for 5 years.
They had three kids and
two dogs. They added
new kitchen appliances
a n d v a r i o u s m o d e r n
updates throughout the
house. This included a
fresh coat of paint to the
house exterior as well as
multiple bedrooms.
The Dunshie family lived
in the house for 7 years.
They had no pets and
o n l y o n e c h i l d . T h e y
converted 2 rooms into
one room by removing a
wall. They also updated
all the bathrooms with
n e w m a t e r i a l s . T h e y
added another section to
the garden outside as

11. The house was originally built in the 90’s by
the construction company Johnsons &
Thomas, an award winning team of architects'
and designers. They built the house with
modern safety standards and high quality
materials. The first addition to the house was
the garden which brought a whole new
experience and feel to backyard.
Construction Report
With each new family brought great new
additions to the house. All of the kitchen
appliances were updated to introduce
modern styles and technology. Stainless
steel continued to be a strong theme. A
removal of a wall turned 2 bedrooms
into 1 and introduced a much larger and
improved space. Bathrooms were
updated with new materials and
hardware which matched the style of
throughout the house. Maintenance has
been diligent and frequent to ensure the
foundation, construction, and electrical
materials are all safe and working
correctly.

Heater
The water hear failed in 2001, it
was replaced with a larger industrial
model.
Garage
An accident introduced a crack into
the garage wall. The wall was
repaired and inspected thoroughly.
Water
leak
Due to an earthquake, a water line
was severed in the backyard. The
line was quickly repaired and
inspected to ensure no further
issues.
