This winding machine adopts three-needle winding. The winding head moves up and down and swings in the inner circle
of the stator to realize the precise winding of the stator, realizes the precise processing of the starting line and the end
line through the line cutting and clamping mechanism, and realizes the perfect fitting of the transition line through the
line hooking mechanism
The whole line adopts the assembly line pallet coding design, and the system automatically identifies the pallet codes.
All assembly and testing data are stored according to the pallet code, and then bound with the product code for storage,
so as to realize product traceability.
The whole line uses the manipulator handling module for access to the materials, with strong compatibility,
convenient and stable debugging, low failure rate and high grabbing accuracy.

The Figunes linear module is used to drive the manipulator to handle materials. The whole process
is fast, with high precision, low noise, strong compatibility and easy to debug.
The assembly line pallet code design is adopted, and the system automatically identifies the pallet
codes. All assembly and testing data are stored according to the pallet code, and then bound with
the product code for storage, so as to realize product traceability.
The whole line adopts CCD visual inspection system, which has high precision, fast efficiency, stable
detection results and greatly reduces the defect rate of products
The efficiency of the whole line is high, CT≤24s/PCS, comprehensive productivity≥120pcs/h,
the yield is more than 98%, which can improve the output and minimize the number of operators
and the work intensity of operators.
The free-flow conveyor system is adopted. The tooling pallet loads the stator fixture, which is
driven by the speed chain to automatically flow in the production line, stops automatically when
