Holywings is a food and beverage business in Indonesia that was founded in 2014 and has three business units: Holywings Club, Holywings Bar, and Holywings Restaurant. It provides facilities like a beer house and lounge and is popular among young people for its live music. Currently, Holywings has over 30 branches across Indonesia, including in cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar. The governor of Jakarta revoked Holywings' business licenses because some outlets did not meet standards for liquor establishments and Holywings promoted drinks based on customers' names in violation of regulations.

2. What is holywings?
Holywings is a business that is engaged in
the food and beverage (F&B) sector. This business
was founded by PT Aneka Bintang Gading in 2014.
The two co-founders of this business are Ivan
Tanjaya and Eka Setia Wijaya. Until now, the
Holywings business has three business units
including Holywings Club, Holywings Bar, and
Holywings Restaurant.
Holywings provides various facilities such
as a beer house, lounge and nightclub. Coming with
the concept of live bar music, this business is known
among young people as a contemporary hangout
place.
Currently, Holywings has more than 30
branches spread throughout Indonesia. This
business is spread in big cities such as Batam,
Pekanbaru, Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, to
Makassar. Holywings also plans to establish a bar
project in Bali which is predicted to be the largest in
Asia.

3. What are the products of
holywings?
Hollywings bar, hollywings club, holywings restaurant,
holywings records, and holywings store. Recently, holywings
launched the 3 newest products, namely
• White wine from Bali.
• Cinta Beer
• Holywings Sorak.

4. Why was the hollywing
factory closed by the
governor of DKI Jakarta?
DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan
has officially revoked the business licenses of all
outlets of the Holywings bar and cafe company.
This was done because it was proven to have
violated the provisions.
Holywings was excited because of the drink
promo plan for those named Muhammad and
Maria. As a result of this case, six holywings staff
have been named as suspects.
7 out of 12 holywings outlets in Jakarta only have
a retailer's certificate (SKP). The certificate does
not allow the buyer to drink alcohol on the spot.
Several other reasons for the closure of
holywings because some outlets do not yet have
a standard certificate of KBLI 56301 verified type
of bar business.

5. What do you think about the
closure of the holywings
factory?
In my opinion, the closure was good
because holywing did not meet the standards
for the establishment of liquor outlets. Not
only that, the closure of holywings is good
because it reduces the prevalence of liquor
sales and is not appropriate in Islam where
there is a prohibition against consuming
alcohol. In terms of health, alcohol is not good
for consumption. From this point of view, it is
concluded that the closure of holywings is very
appropriate
