I joined the navy to pursue a career as a paramedic.

What do you like about the Navy?
In the Navy, you can travel and experience things that
most people wouldn’t, in their life.
What are your hobbies on your liberty time?
On my liberty time, I like to go mountain biking or surf.

What have you gained from being in the Navy?
I have gained knowledge and skills in emergency medicine that
I couldn’t get anywhere else.
What do you want to get out of the Navy now?
I want to further my career in navy medicine.
What do you like about your job in the Navy?
I like that I can help people when they are sick or injured.
Where have you been so far in the Navy?
So Far, I been in Iraq, Croatia, Greece, France, Portugal, Malaysia,
China, Korea,Dubai, Oman, Kuwait, and Singapore.
What was your favorite tour in the Navy?
VMFA-251 in Beaufort, SC
What is your dream duty station?
My dream duty station, is to become an instructor at Field Medical
Training Battalion.
What is your dream deployment?
My dream deployment is to go to Australia.
How long do you plan to stay in for?
I plan on staying for 20 years
What do you want to do when you get out of the Navy or retire from the Navy?
If I stay in the medical field, I would like to become a nurse practitioner. But if not, I plan on opening a restaurant with my brother when he gets
out of the army.

What’s the most memorable moment of your career so far?
So far, the most memorable moment of my career is when I was deployed to Iraq and we got a call for a mass casualty. And when we arrived, I
had to take care of a small child that was injured due to an IED blast.
