This document summarizes two use cases presented in a MuleSoft meetup: patient admission and inventory management.
For patient admission, the current manual process of registering new admissions from various documents is automated. A demo shows admissions being automatically registered in the hospital system from emails containing attachments.
For inventory management, the manual process of checking stock and placing purchase orders is automated. A demo uses MuleSoft RPA to automatically log into SAP, check stock levels, generate purchase orders, get approvals, and send confirmations, reducing time and errors.
