Добрый день, я рад вас видеть, несмотря на то, что предыдущая сессия задержалась, и не все успели пообедать.
Предыдущая сессия действовала немного убаюкивающим режимом: у нас все хорошо, замечательно, госорганы заинтересованы во взаимодействии, ассоциации все вроде бы тоже поддерживают это взаимодействие, но как-то мы упускаем из виду то, что на рынке происходит сейчас очень серьезная и негативная тенденция, идет резкое снижение объема продаж, и конечно успокаиваться еще слишком рано. У нас был очень непростой 2014 г., нас ждет, очевидно, один из самых тяжелейших 2015 г., и, конечно, надо понимать его причины, чувствовать ситуацию, и для этого необходимо пользоваться информацией оперативно.
Агентство ИНФОЛайн много лет занимается исследованиями в области розничной торговли. Более 10 лет мы ведем проект по рейтингу розничных сетей, на наших глазах выросли многие лидеры, и сейчас очень интересно: мы обладаем ретроспективой и видим развитие ситуации в предыдущий кризис, поэтому делимся этой информацией с коллегами, помогая им решать какие-то актуальные вопросы.

хочу рассказать о результатах нашего исследования, которое подготовили аналитики агентства «ИНФОЛайн». Мы ежегодно проводим исследование рынка DIY, и мои коллеги с удовольствием поделятся с вами информацией об этом исследовании. Оно достаточно большое. В своем докладе я хочу затронуть три основных направления - строение потребительского рынка, строительство и рынок DIY и, самая интересная часть, рынок DIY-ритейлеров.
По итогам 2013 г. рост потребительского рынка у нас в стране составил 3.9%, что в целом является очень неплохим показателем. Хочется отметить рост в сегменте non-food, который составил более 5%. В целом, год был бы очень успешным для российского ритейла, если бы не то, о чем мы говорили еще в прошлом году. Весь год мы наблюдали устойчивую тенденцию замедления темпов роста, особенно это видно по сегменту продуктов питания, где прирост за год составил меньше 2%. Те события, которые стали происходить в конце прошлого года с банковской зачисткой, в начале этого года с девальвацией рубля и те геополитические риски, которые возникли в нашей стране, казалось бы, должны были ускорить замедление темпов роста, но самые последние данные показывают, что в январе-феврале был прирост розничного товарооборота. Рынок преподнес приятный сюрприз, и очень важно разобраться, как будет развиваться ситуация в дальнейшем.
Я продемонстрирую наш взгляд на эту ситуацию. С одной стороны, происходит снижение покупательской способности населения. Это происходит на фоне не растущих на протяжении всего прошлого года зарплат и при этом постоянно растущих расходов, связанных с услугами ЖКХ. Стоимость жизни растет из-за роста инфляции. Возникают абсолютно новые поборы в нашей стране. Все мы с 1-го января платим отчисления за капитальный ремонт зданий, вы должны были это заметить в квартплатах. Был введен налог на роскошь. Все это приводит к тому, что покупательская способность как снижалась, так и будет снижаться. Без роста производительности труда, без каких-либо глобальных экономических изменений в нашей стране ожидать каких-то позитивных изменений не приходится.

Добрый день, я рад вас видеть, несмотря на то, что предыдущая сессия задержалась, и не все успели пообедать.
Предыдущая сессия действовала немного убаюкивающим режимом: у нас все хорошо, замечательно, госорганы заинтересованы во взаимодействии, ассоциации все вроде бы тоже поддерживают это взаимодействие, но как-то мы упускаем из виду то, что на рынке происходит сейчас очень серьезная и негативная тенденция, идет резкое снижение объема продаж, и конечно успокаиваться еще слишком рано. У нас был очень непростой 2014 г., нас ждет, очевидно, один из самых тяжелейших 2015 г., и, конечно, надо понимать его причины, чувствовать ситуацию, и для этого необходимо пользоваться информацией оперативно.

хочу рассказать о результатах нашего исследования, которое подготовили аналитики агентства «ИНФОЛайн». Мы ежегодно проводим исследование рынка DIY, и мои коллеги с удовольствием поделятся с вами информацией об этом исследовании. Оно достаточно большое. В своем докладе я хочу затронуть три основных направления - строение потребительского рынка, строительство и рынок DIY и, самая интересная часть, рынок DIY-ритейлеров.
По итогам 2013 г. рост потребительского рынка у нас в стране составил 3.9%, что в целом является очень неплохим показателем. Хочется отметить рост в сегменте non-food, который составил более 5%. В целом, год был бы очень успешным для российского ритейла, если бы не то, о чем мы говорили еще в прошлом году. Весь год мы наблюдали устойчивую тенденцию замедления темпов роста, особенно это видно по сегменту продуктов питания, где прирост за год составил меньше 2%. Те события, которые стали происходить в конце прошлого года с банковской зачисткой, в начале этого года с девальвацией рубля и те геополитические риски, которые возникли в нашей стране, казалось бы, должны были ускорить замедление темпов роста, но самые последние данные показывают, что в январе-феврале был прирост розничного товарооборота. Рынок преподнес приятный сюрприз, и очень важно разобраться, как будет развиваться ситуация в дальнейшем.
Я продемонстрирую наш взгляд на эту ситуацию. С одной стороны, происходит снижение покупательской способности населения. Это происходит на фоне не растущих на протяжении всего прошлого года зарплат и при этом постоянно растущих расходов, связанных с услугами ЖКХ. Стоимость жизни растет из-за роста инфляции. Возникают абсолютно новые поборы в нашей стране. Все мы с 1-го января платим отчисления за капитальный ремонт зданий, вы должны были это заметить в квартплатах. Был введен налог на роскошь. Все это приводит к тому, что покупательская способность как снижалась, так и будет снижаться. Без роста производительности труда, без каких-либо глобальных экономических изменений в нашей стране ожидать каких-то позитивных изменений не приходится.
