The document is a repair report for a high pressure pneumatic grease gun used for kiln tyre greasing. During disassembly and inspection, it was found that the mesh and fabric filters were clogged with debris, and debris was also found in the suction tube and barrel. The pneumatic system parameters were also out of order. After overhauling all components and cleaning or replacing parts like filters, seals, and the suction tube, the grease gun was adjusted and is now back in 100% working condition.

Scope of work
Disassembly & Inspection
Perform all required pre disassembly checks (marking etc)
Removed all components, i.e. Pneumatic cylinder,
plungers, NRV, mesh filters, seals, suction tube, exhaust
ports.
Findings
All mesh and fabric filters found chocked, debris found in
suction tube & barrel, pneumatic system
parameters/adjustments were out of order.
Repair
All components overhauled with Diesel , removed all
debris/contamination and old grease.
All mesh & fabric filters cleaned
All Seals adjusted properly into ports
Suction tube adjustment done to avoid false suction
Air regulator cleaned and adjusted as per requirement.
Result: Pneumatic Grease gun is now in 100% working
condition and using for kiln tyre greasing.
