Hidden Mickeys are partial or complete images of Mickey Mouse and other Disney characters that are purposely hidden by Disney Imagineers in theme parks, movies, and other Disney locations. There are an estimated 400-800 Hidden Mickeys in Disney parks and resorts. The most common type is the "classic" three-circle Mickey head and ears shape. Hidden Mickeys began as an inside joke among Imagineers but are now actively hunted by visitors and fans.
