HF & MDB urethane floors are hard, non-absorbent, and durable, making them easy to clean with a suitable cleaning program. These floors, which may have a light or aggressive sand texture, are designed for maximum durability as the "work horse" of the product line. While the sand finish initially provides temporary non-slip properties, the floors eventually wear in to provide a permanent non-slip surface from stone aggregate that cannot wear off, creating a glossy, stain-resistant finish.
