Insects, worms, spiders, frogs,
    lizards and small birds.

• They carry the prey back to the perch.
 They swallow it whole, even the bones

Owls live in a tree holes, tree
trunks, farms, bushes, forest,
         and in barns.

• Some owls are found in snowy areas;
 some owls live in the hot jungle; some
 owls live in open grasslands.
