With more than 60 years of diverse experience and a proven track record, Howe
Electric Construction, Inc. (HECI) continues to lead the industry in Design/
Build Construction. Our in-house engineering department utilizes Revit and
Navisworks programs as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) solution. These
programs allow us to identify special needs and ensure that our customers have
a comprehensive understanding of available options and costs associated with
their project.
In addition to Design/Build Construction, we perform Design/Assist and Bid
work for a multitude of industries such as medical, education, detention, sports
arenas, government, and specialty projects. We had the pleasure of completing
two separate rocket launch facilities for Lockheed Martin (SLC-3 East) and Boeing
(SLC-6) at the Vandenberg Air Force Base along with radar facilities in Japan and
Israel for Raytheon.
Our current Mod Rate of .70 confirms the effectiveness of our Safety Programs.
Our employees are required to maintain certifications for all specific equipment
operation, First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10 – OSHA 30 training. While we continually
integrate labor-saving advancements and rely on our in-house prefabrication
capabilities to maximize production, we never overlook the value of
craftsmanship. At the end of the day, we will be remembered for our integrity
and quality workmanship
PROJECTS COMPLETED INCLUDE WORK FOR:
Design/Build Electrical Construction
Vandenberg Space Launch Complex 3 and 6
The Vandenberg projects, defined as Class 1 / Division 1 & 2 (Hazardous)
construction, consisted of modifications, refurbishment and expansion of two
existing Space Launch Complexes for Lockheed Martin (SLC-3) and Boeing (SLC-6)
for the launchings of the Atlas V and Delta IV Rockets.
The Veterans Home of California - Fresno
This project is a 300,000 SF, 300 mixed-bed facility consisting of residential, skilled
nursing and memory care. Support services include administration, maintenance,
medical care, physical therapy, personal care and food service. This project received
a LEED Silver certification
Fresno Community Medical Center
The Fresno Community Medical Center Campus includes numerous projects totaling
over 30 million in electrical construction. Projects include New Central Plant and Site
Distribution, Trauma Stack, Parking Structure and Record Depository, along with the
remodels of the 8th and 9th Floors and numerous imaging / surgery rooms. Projects
were performed on a design / build basis under OSHPD jurisdiction.

The Tower 11 Story Office Building & Parking Structure
State of the art, 288,000 SF, 11-story high rise office building including a 9-story parking
structure located in the heart of Downtown Fresno, CA. Major tenants include IRS, CA DOT,
CA EDD, along with other institutional agencies and commercial / retail establishments.
