In addition, broader health coverage generally leads to better access to necessary care and improved population health. By comparing healthcare in Canada and in the United State. Every citizen and permanent resident is automatically covered in Canada (Eillis, Chen, Luscombe, 2014) . Therefore, American mortality higher than peer societies and lower life expectancies (Kaplan and Babas, 2011). The relationship between healthcare and labor force have two points. Basically, a better healthcare guarantees people’s life, and workers don’t have to worry about safety issues and a plenty of medical expenses. Not only attain more people wold like to join in the work but also stimulate public’s enthusiasm for work, and increasing motivation will raise up the productivity of labor force. Introduction
Childhood obesity is one of the emerging health problems that affect the American population. This disorder places children at a higher risk of suffering from preventable non-communicable chronic diseases, such as Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and asthma (McGrath, 2017). Other challenges that affect children as a result of this disease include depression and sleep apnea. Obese children are often predisposed to become obese adults who suffer from many chronic diseases related to increased mortality rate of 40 percent. Obese children and adolescents tend to have more adverse health challenges compared to the counterparts with normal BMI. The task of addressing the chronic conditions related to childhood obesity is normally costly, with approximately $14 billion price tag and increasing (McGrath, 2017). Survey reports released by government agencies such as the National Conference of State Legislature, the total cost of obesity-associated nears $150 billion yearly, with taxpayers covering approximately sixty billion dollars. There is need to identify patterns that related to childhood obesity for professionals to seek better ways to address them. This PICOT statement evaluates childhood obesity in the United States.

Childhood obesity is a major health concern in the United States and other parts of the world since the disease is increasing. In the US, obesity prevalence is highest among children aged from 6 to 11 years (Cheung et al. 2016). The disease has tripled among this age group from 4.2 percent to 15.3 percent from 1963 to 2012. In 2013, 16 percent of children in the country were categorized as obese. The prevalence was highest at ages of 12 to 19 years and lowest at ages of 2 to 5 years. In the last three decades, increased cases of obesity prevalence have been noted among children of all ages, although the differences in obesity prevalence have been recorded in terms of age, race, ethnicity, and gender (Cheung et al. 2016). In this respect, children from socioeconomically disadvantaged families and some racial and ethnic minorities experience the higher median score on obesity than the dominant white population. Higher obesity rates are often recorded among blacks and Hispanics compared to whites. For instance, a survey on girls in the Southwest revealed that the yearly cases of obesity stood at 4.5 percent among Blacks, 2 percent among Hispanics, and 0.7 percent among white girls aged from 13 to 17 years (Cheung et al. 2016). For low-income earners, American Indians rank highest at 6.3 percent, followed closely by Hispanics at 5.5 percent.

Thus, it seems healthcare influence people and nations (Oliver, n.d.). In this essay, I will illustrate why I belief that government should provide free healthcare for every citizen in particular children, elder people and disabilities.
Firstly, a better healthcare will increase the motivation of workers and total number of labor force. Obviously, people obtain a better healthcare can decline death rate, and prolong people’s life. According to the statistic and data, the odds of dying among the insured lower than uninsured (Woolhandler and Himmelstein, 2017). In addition, broader health coverage generally leads to better access to necessary care and improved population health. By comparing healthcare in Canada and in the United State. Every citizen and permanent resident is automatically covered in Canada (Eillis, Chen, Luscombe, 2014) . However, as reported by U.S. Census Bureau 15.7 percent, or nearly 48.6 million of Americans did not have healthcare insurance (Oliver, n.d.). Therefore, American mortality higher than peer societies and lower life expectancies (Kaplan and Babas, 2011). The relationship between healthcare and labor force have two points. Basically, a better healthcare guarantees people’s life, and workers don’t have to worry about safety issues and a plenty of medical expenses. Not only attain more people wold like to join in the work but also stimulate public’s enthusiasm for work, and increasing motivation will raise up the productivity of labor force. In the other hand, people are living longer with better healthcare hence government can raise the retirement age.

Pregnancy it’s condition that many changes it happened on women bodies from the day of fertilization to the day after delivery of the baby and the popular effect in women bodies it’s the increment of body weight, as it's known that many women they didn’t control them weight and they become overweight or obese, in this condition the pregnant woman she will be in danger, many diseases start with increase of the body weight and it may lead to a serious health problems. Without controlling the body weight increment, woman with a normal weight it may become an overweight or even obese.
In general overweight and obesity one of prevalence public issue that affect many countries in the world where it’s observe in all ages, adults, adolescents, and children it maybe became a global epidemic , the impact of this issue has a strong relationship with mortality and morbidity also this relationship have been known for more than 2000 between health professionals[1-2]. body mass index (BMI) is the way that give a right measurement for the total body fat compare with body weight, the method for calculation by determining the body weight in kilogram and divide it by height in meter squared, this way determine the degree of overweight easy with a reliable number.
There are interventions that can control the body weight before pregnancy period, during pregnancy period and after it, but the most important intervention that we will cover it’s the physical activity or exercise and the advantages for this intervention on the mother health and the outcome also the disadvantages that it can happen if available.
Physical activity and exercise has a great impact on health status, where there are many study done to prove this relation. where health outcome in people with physical inactivity is a major problem in the world and specially in developed countries. In worldwide physical inactivity appear in a huge number where one out of every five adults is physically inactive and the long period of sitting independent show that is a risk factor for mortality[3]
The healthy body weight in pregnancy it depends on the body mass index (BMI) so the WHO classify the BMI into four categories underweight: <18.5 kg/m2, normal weight: 18.5-24.99 kg/m2, overweight: 25-29.9 kg/m2, and obese ≥30 kg/m2 [4-5]. With this category, recognizing every case will be easy and right grouping will be more accurate.

Introduction
Childhood obesity is one of the emerging health problems that affect the American population. This disorder places children at a higher risk of suffering from preventable non-communicable chronic diseases, such as Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and asthma (McGrath, 2017). Other challenges that affect children as a result of this disease include depression and sleep apnea. Obese children are often predisposed to become obese adults who suffer from many chronic diseases related to increased mortality rate of 40 percent. Obese children and adolescents tend to have more adverse health challenges compared to the counterparts with normal BMI. The task of addressing the chronic conditions related to childhood obesity is normally costly, with approximately $14 billion price tag and increasing (McGrath, 2017). Survey reports released by government agencies such as the National Conference of State Legislature, the total cost of obesity-associated nears $150 billion yearly, with taxpayers covering approximately sixty billion dollars. There is need to identify patterns that related to childhood obesity for professionals to seek better ways to address them. This PICOT statement evaluates childhood obesity in the United States.

Childhood obesity is a major health concern in the United States and other parts of the world since the disease is increasing. In the US, obesity prevalence is highest among children aged from 6 to 11 years (Cheung et al. 2016). The disease has tripled among this age group from 4.2 percent to 15.3 percent from 1963 to 2012. In 2013, 16 percent of children in the country were categorized as obese. The prevalence was highest at ages of 12 to 19 years and lowest at ages of 2 to 5 years.
