Editor's Notes

  1. Essential attributes should be used more sparingly or the job may be hard to fill
  2. These are guidelines not hard and fast rules. There may be occasions when an essential attribute might be the first on the list. There are questions that are inappropriate and should not be asked for legal reasons – such as marital status, age, diversity, sexual preference, etc.
