Highbank Resources Ltd. has finalized a contract with Foresight Innovations Ltd. to construct a barge load-out facility at Swamp Point North. Foresight will drive pilings and complete infrastructure for the facility over the next 2-3 weeks. Once piling work is finished, conveyor sections will be installed to complete the barge loading facility. This will allow Highbank to supply construction materials by barge to projects in the Port of Prince Rupert area, providing a significant cost advantage over trucking.

HIGHBANK –SWAMP POINT NORTH SITE UPDATE
Vancouver, B.C.-November 6, 2014 –Highbank Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (TSX Venture: HBK).
President/CEO Victor Bryant reports.
Highbank’s crew have moved the wash/screening plant and cone crusher to their final operational location adjacent to the Swamp Point North (“SPN”) deposit. The task of moving the plant from sea level up 200 feet through three switchbacks was a difficult move. The wash plant and cone crusher (a +$400,000 piece of equipment) weighing approx. 80,000 lbs required careful handling. To ensure the safety of the crew and the equipment, Highbank barged in additional equipment for this move. A specialized semi-trailer tow truck was employed to act as a brake should the plant lose its purchase on the steep slope. Further specialized air bags were employed to alleviate any offsetting forces while an excavator traveled alongside ensuring no side forces deterred progress.

HIGHBANK FINALIZES BARGE LOAD-OUT AND PILING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
Vancouver, B.C. – August 20, 2014 – Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: HBK), (the “Company”) is pleased to
announce that a contract has been finalized with Foresight Innovations Ltd. (“Foresight”) of Victoria, B.C.
Foresight has been contracted to drive the pilings and complete the infrastructure for the company’s barge load-out
facility at Swamp Point North.
Foresight has 20+ years of experience in various types of installations. They specialize in foundations, pilings,
heavy construction ( ie. Pilings from 2” to 48” diameter, cranes from 15 – 230 tons); and creative, cost effective
solutions. Demand for Foresight’s services have extended from Northern Ontario, Alberta oil sands, Alaska, Pacific
Ocean maritime projects, and as far East as Vietnam.
Work is expected to commence at the foreshore site this month with completion anticipated in 2-3 weeks.
Following the completion of the piling work the conveyor sections will be installed. This will complete the barge
loading facility giving the company its vital marine link and ability to supply construction aggregates to any of the
proposed and ongoing construction projects at the Port of Prince Rupert, Grassy Point, or other coastal installation
(pipeline, LNG) requirements. This facility gives Highbank a distinct competitive advantage in transportation costs
over traditional trucking. It would take over 50 tandem truck loads to deliver the same volume of material as our
smallest barge load.
On Behalf of the Board of Directors of
HIGHBANK RESOURCES LTD.
