This document summarizes a hauling contract between two parties. The first party agrees to haul feeding supplies from a drop-off point school to another school for the second party. For each two-way trip completed, the first party will be paid 200 pesos. The contract is valid until the end of the current school year. The first party must provide a copy of their driver's license and signature and make themselves available for hauling upon at least 17 days notice whenever needed.

1. HAULING CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Agreement is entered into by and between the following parties, to wit:
FIRST PARTY, of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence at ___________________________ ,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY; and
SECND PARTY, of legal age, Filipino, married and School Head and representative of
__________________________________________, at ____________________________________________,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
WITNESSETH
That the FIRST PARTY is hired to haul the __________________________________________________
That the SECOND PARTY hired the service of the FIRST PARTY in hauling the _______________
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the agreements set forth herein, the parties do hereby agree
as follows:
1. This agreement shall be valid until the _______________________________________ for the School
Year _______________ will end.
2. The FIRST PARTY hereby agrees to furnish a photocopy of his Driver’s License and signature
specimen.
3. That for the full and proper performance of each trip made by the FIRST PARTY, the SECOND
PARTY agrees to pay the former the rate of Php200.00 per 2-way and payable upon the
completion of the delivery of feeding supplies to the school.
4. That the SECOND PARTY shall secure the services of the FIRST PARTY at least 17 days or until
the program will end.
5. That the FIRST PARTY binds himself to make available anytime upon prior notice and whenever
needed by the SECOND PARTY for the hauling of the feeding supplies from the drop-off point
school which is ______________________________________________________________ and deliver to

6. This agreement does not in any way create an employee-employer relationship between the
parties.
