Hartsfield Warehouse Co provides integrated supply chain and shipping services including storage, order processing, customs clearance, distribution, trucking, exports, and value added services. They operate warehouses totaling 500,000 square feet across three Atlanta locations providing customs warehouse, cross-docking, and short-term storage. Hartsfield operates a fleet of 29 trucks for local and regional delivery in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South and North Carolina, and parts of Florida. They also offer air and ocean export consolidation and facilitate overseas shipments. Hartsfield was the first Centralized Exam Station in the Port of Atlanta, handling over 350 exams annually with on-site customs inspection.

CFSHartsfield Warehouse, with 500,000 square feet of warehousing space spread over our three locations, provides a complete range of CFS services to all consolidators, freight forwarders and NVOCCs.Ocean import containers are stripped out and segregated by house bill, cleared through Customs at our facility, and then can be shipped to the consignee on our fleet of trucks providing an integrated and efficient supply chain solution.We provide air import breakdown of both air pallets and loose cargo that we recover from the airlines. Shipper built air pallets can easily be transferred to our CFS in our company roller-bed trucks for fast and efficient breakdown. When you move your pallets to our CFS you are getting faster breakdown times, accurate information as to cargo condition and short reports, providing you with complete control of your consolidation.

We provide daily runs to all metro area stops and can provide export pickups to all our customers.HWC offers full truckload delivery service to points in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and parts of Florida.We provide a daily line haul truck that services the Charlotte warehouse and provides pickup and delivery service along the busy Interstate 85 corridor in South Carolina.Our website provides real time proof of delivery information, trucking rate requests, online export pickup requests and current fuel surcharge information. We have the expertise and capabilities to get the job done.Our team has the experience necessary to help you streamline your export needs. We learn your business and then apply strict reporting guidelines to all your cargo to ensure the freight is checked in properly and shipped correctly to its destination.Our computer controlled inventory and tracking system provides real time information on your shipments while in our warehouse. It provides all the data you need to properly assess the cargo and is sent electronically in real time to your desktop. With our customer login you can view all shipments on an actual and historical basis.We are a TSA compliant facility and our export team is fully trained and certified.

9. CUSTOM BONDED WAREHOUSINGHartsfield Warehouse operates and offers our customers the benefits of U.S. Customs Bonded Warehouse storage. This service allows our customers to store goods for up to five years in the bonded warehouse section of our warehouse, deferring the payment of duties until the cargo is entered for consumption. This provides a cash flow advantage for those customers waiting to sell their product.Cargo stored in a bonded warehouse can also be manipulated and repacked prior to release and shipment to the final destination. Another benefit of bonded warehouse storage is that cargo can be re-exported out of the U.S. and no duty will have to be paid.

10. CESHartsfield was chosen by Customs and Border Protection as the first Centralized Exam Station in the Port of Atlanta in 1986. We have held the CES designation ever since.Our CES staff is fully trained to our CES operations. We handle over 350 CES transactions a year.We have a dedicated Customs and Border Protection office on site and we are staffed daily with our own Inspector. This allows us to efficiently prepare the cargo for Customs and get quick turnaround times on exams.Value added services such as dedicated reefer hookups, heavy lift capabilities, onsite work areas for consignees and online tracking capability that allows our customers to view exam updates and results online make HWC the choice for CES.

GENERAL ORDERHartsfield Warehouse operates a General Order warehouse where cargo that has not been cleared within 15 days of importation is sent to U.S. Customs.We offer this General Order service to all airlines, CFS stations, railroads and steamship lines who have to nominate a warehouse to Customs. We provide the transportation of the goods to our warehouse at no cost to the origination station and we will protect your liens on cargo that is cleared. Cargo that is not cleared is sent to auction by U.S. Customs on a regular schedule.As with all our services we provide web visibility for all shipments located in our warehouse to the trade and originating stations.

13. LIMITS OF LIABILITYHartsfield Warehouse Co., Inc provides this tariff which outlines our limits of liability for the various services that we provide.

Import CFS cargo, Cross-dock, Trans-load, CES and other domestic cargo in transit not being stored under warehouse agreementGoods are received in good order by Hartsfield Warehouse except as noted, conditions, contents and quality unknown. Hartsfield Warehouse shall not be liable for lost, damage, delay or mis-shipment of goods, however caused. The limit of our liability under any circumstances is limited to $100 per house bill, unless a declared value is submitted in writing prior to receipt of goods and applicable charges paid thereon.

15. Trucking cargoGoods are received in good order by Hartsfield Warehouse except as noted, contents condition and quality unknown.
