 Sending for management approval after checking the requistion.

 Verify each LPO payment terms and obtain necessary document from vendors.
 Following up with suppliers for the delivery of material on time.
 Reporting to Purchaser/Management every week regarding LPO’s, pending material
requisition and highliting any delivery problems.
 Maintaining and updating of all LPO’s and contacts with all essential data.
 Ensuring smooth flow of documents between vendor, site and internal Dept.
