GWCC Library Staff - Topping Out Celebration

Getting to Know Your Library
The Gateway Community College Library offers collaborative workspaces on the second floor with workstations, computers, and outlets for charging devices. The first floor provides a quiet study environment with individual study carrels and comfortable seating. The library collections include over 50,000 print books, 130,000 eBooks, 192 print journal/magazine/newspaper titles, and access to over 60 electronic research databases. The library also offers workshops and reference assistance via text, phone, or email.

Karen is retiring from her position at the GCC Library. She has worked at the library for over 10 years and helped the staff achieve many goals. Many staff members express that Karen will be missed and thank her for her leadership, guidance, dedication, skills, patience and friendship. They wish Karen a happy retirement and say that while she will be missed, they will think of her fondly in the future.
