Select the video file to convert, choose the destination and file name for the converted video, select options to optimize the video for iPhone and the web, then click start to commence the conversion process. The status window will track progress and notify when complete, then the optimized video can be uploaded.

5. Assuming you want to save the converted video under Libraries > Videos3Give your converted video a File name.
