4. CLEANSE YOUR FOOT:
Take warm water
Add a shampoo sachet and half cup of olive oil to it.
Dip your feet for 15-20 minutes in the solution.
Pat them dry without rinsing

5. TIPS TO PREVENT SWEATING IN
FEET:
If you are putting on hosiery or other fabric socks (that prompt
sweating) then dust the feet with baking soda or corn starch, it would
prevent sweating.

Take warm water
Add some salt and white vinegar to it
Dip your feet for 15-20 minutes in the solution.
You can repeat this process as required, this would help fight the
foot odor.

7. TIPS FOR CRACKED HEELS
RECOVERY:
Exfoliate away the rough skin. Scrub the feet using a mixture of
lemon pulp & salt.
Next rub a mixture of lemon juice & petroleum jelly into cracked
heels.
Apply warm ghee/ sesame oil to the cracked heels.
Make a paste of mango tree sap with water & apply to the affected
area.

Apply a paste of cucumber/potato to the tanned feet.
Add a cup of baking soda & vinegar to cool water. Dip your feet for

Apply a paste of egg whites, honey, milk, olive oil, wheat flour to the

Make a paste of marigold stem sap with papaya juice & apply it over
the feet corn.
Bandage a slice of lemon on the corn overnight.

Dip your nails for 15-20 minutes in the solution.
This would strengthen the nails.

Apply sunscreen lotion or sun-block cream to your hands & exposed
