Hair packs….
1) Gram Flour Hair Mask DIY
 • 3 tbsp Gram Floor
• Curd
• Olive oil
• Lemon
 Method:
 • Take 3 tbsp of gram flour in a bowl and squeeze half lemon in it.
 Now pour some curd in it and start mixing all the three ingredients
completely.
 Make runny consistency so that it’s easy to wash it off otherwise the
gram flour will stick on your scalp if the consistency is thick. You
can add more curd if needed.
 Apply this mask on your scalp and hair, keep for minimum 20
minutes and then wash off with your favorite shampoo.
 The Benefits:
 • This hair pack makes my hair silky smooth and I love the feeling
when my rubber band keeps slipping from my hair. It’s better than
conditioners as it is natural and gives way better results than
conditioner.
2) Homemade Amla Pack for Hair Fall
 Ingredients required:
 1. 1/2 cup yogurt(preferably thick and full fat)
2. 2 tablespoons of methi
3. Bunch of curry leaves
4. 2 Amla
 Procedure:
 1.Take a cup and soak all the ingredients in yogurt and put in the
refrigerator overnight.
2.Grind it in the mixie without adding water.
 3.If you want to adjust the consistency,add yogurt instead of water
4.Apply it on the scalp and all over the hair and allow it to dry for an
hour or two.
5.Wash it off using a shampoo.
 Results that I got from this pack :
 1.Reduces Hairfall
2.Makes hair soft and gives it a natural shine
3) Egg and Vinegar Hair Mask:
 One egg (both white and yolk).
 1 tbsp vinegar.
 1 tbsp olive oil.
 Mix all these together, apply from the roots
to the hair strands. Keep for 1 to 2 hours,
rinse off from hair with shampoo. This hair
pack gives silky, shiny, and smooth
hair. The egg conditions and provides
protein to hair. Olive oil provides
moisturization, and vinegar is an effective
cleansing agent.
4) Egg, Olive Oil, Honey Protein Hair Mask:
 Olive oil is an excellent conditioner and repairs dry, frizzy,
and damaged hair. Yogurt is high in proteins and helps in
clearing up dandruff. Honey is also an excellent moisturizer.
 2 eggs.
 1/2 cup curd.
 1/2 cup olive oil.
 1/2 cup honey.
 1/2 cup flat beer/synthetic vinegar mixed in 1 cup of water.
 Beat the eggs in a blender. Once it is frothy, add oil and
make it to a creamy consistency. Add honey and curd and
whisk. The pack is ready. Comb out the hair and apply the
pack with a brush. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse hair in
cold water and conditioner to soften hair before
shampooing. Shampoo and condition as usual. Use the flat
beer/vinegar and water mix as a final rinse to restore shine.
5) Egg and Mayonnaise Hair Mask:
 Mayonnaise is a rich mixture of natural
oils and eggs which is rich in natural
fats, vitamin A, B and D, very good for
hair. It is an inexpensive way to provide
deep conditioning treatment.
 1 cup mayonnaise.
 1 cup olive oil.
 Add the olive oil in the mayonnaise and
mix it well. Apply to the hair and rinse
off after 2 hours.
6) Egg Hair Pack:
 The only thing required in this pack is egg. The
other things are just a bowl to mix and a brush to
apply. Crack open the egg and separate the white
from the yolk. Take the egg white in a clean
bowl. Apply the egg white to the scalp using a
brush covering from root to tip. You can use as
many egg whites as you want to cover the entire
hair.
7)Banana, Honey, and Egg Hair Mask
 One whole ripe banana.
 Two egg whites.
 Two tablespoons honey.
 Four tablespoons olive oil.
 Mix all the ingredients together, apply on the hair,
wash off with a mild shampoo after one hour.
8) Potato Hair Pack for Hair
Loss.
 Peel one large potato and grate it. Squeeze juice
from the grated potato into a bowl. Mix 2 tbsp aloe
vera gel and 2 tbsp honey to this. Mix well this all
the honey dissolves into the solution. Massage
onto hair roots for a few minutes. Cover head with
a shower cap and towel. Leave on for 2 hours and
then wash off with warm water. Use the mask
twice weekly.
9) Milk and Honey Hydrating Mask.
 Mix 1 tsp honey into a glass of raw
whole milk then massage it into the hair
from root to tip. Shampoo hair with
lukewarm water after 25 minutes.
9) Fenugreek Hair Mask For
Dandruff/Hair Fall.
 Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds in water
overnight. Grind into a paste the next
day and massage into scalp and hair.
Leave on for 20 minutes before washing
off.
10) Volume Hair Mask For Oily/Limp Hair.
 Mix juice of 1 fresh orange, 1 tbsp honey
and a 5-7 of sandalwood oil. Dilute in a
cup of water. Use as an after-shampoo
rinse. After 10 minutes, run plain cold
water through the hair briefly.
11) Egg-Milk Lustre Mask for Dull
Hair.
 Beat two eggs in 3 tbsp raw full cream
milk and apply on hair. Rinse off with
white vinegar solution after 5-7 minutes
for shiny hair.
12) Repairing Mask For Frizz and
Split Ends.
 Beat 1 egg yolk with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1
tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp pure vitamin
E oil. Add 5 drops of rosemary essential
oil and 1 tsp honey. Massage on hair
thoroughly, paying careful attention to
the ends. Wrap head with shower cap
for half an hour. Wash off. Though hair
that is already split at the ends needs to
be trimmed off, this pack helps prevent
further splitting of hair.
13) Strengthening Hair Pack For Split
Ends.
 Remove the skin and seeds of a ripe
papaya and blend it in the mixer. Add 1
cup of yogurt to it and mix really well.
Apply thoroughly thoroughly through
scalp and hair. Wash after 30 mins.
14)Curry Leaves Pack For
Greying/Falling Hair.
 Soak 20 curry leaves overnight in a cup of
water. Soak a stick of ratanjyot (or several
flakes of the same) in ¼ cup pure coconut oil
overnight. Next morning, discard the stick from
the oil, which should have turned a deep red
colour. Drain out the water from soaked curry
leaves and grind it with this red coconut oil in a
mixer to get a paste. Apply this paste to scalp
and hair. Leave on for half an hour to one hour
before washing off thoroughly. You may
choose to rinse with lemon juice diluted in
water or you can shampoo with a mild herbal
shampoo.
15) Henna Conditioning Hair
Pack.
 Soak pure herbal henna powder overnight in an iron
container using freshly brewed and strained black
tea instead of plain water. Add to this a tablespoon of
olive/coconut/jojoba oil and the juice of half a lemon.
Next morning, you have an option to mix in either ½
cup of fresh yoghurt or 1 beaten egg to it just before
applying. You may apply this mixture covering all
your hair and leave it on for a time duration between
½ hour to 6-7 hours, depending on your purpose.
The longer you leave it on, the deeper will be the
mehendi’s colouring effect. However, if you just need
to condition your hair, half an hour is fine. Weekly
conditioning with this pack works wonders on hair
texture, growth, volume and shine.

Use the mask twice weekly.
  • 10. 9) Milk and Honey Hydrating Mask.  Mix 1 tsp honey into a glass of raw whole milk then massage it into the hair from root to tip. Shampoo hair with lukewarm water after 25 minutes.
  • 11. 9) Fenugreek Hair Mask For Dandruff/Hair Fall.  Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind into a paste the next day and massage into scalp and hair. Leave on for 20 minutes before washing off.
  • 12. 10) Volume Hair Mask For Oily/Limp Hair.  Mix juice of 1 fresh orange, 1 tbsp honey and a 5-7 of sandalwood oil. Dilute in a cup of water. Use as an after-shampoo rinse. After 10 minutes, run plain cold water through the hair briefly.
  • 13. 11) Egg-Milk Lustre Mask for Dull Hair.  Beat two eggs in 3 tbsp raw full cream milk and apply on hair. Rinse off with white vinegar solution after 5-7 minutes for shiny hair.
  • 14. 12) Repairing Mask For Frizz and Split Ends.  Beat 1 egg yolk with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp pure vitamin E oil. Add 5 drops of rosemary essential oil and 1 tsp honey. Massage on hair thoroughly, paying careful attention to the ends. Wrap head with shower cap for half an hour. Wash off. Though hair that is already split at the ends needs to be trimmed off, this pack helps prevent further splitting of hair.
  • 15. 13) Strengthening Hair Pack For Split Ends.  Remove the skin and seeds of a ripe papaya and blend it in the mixer. Add 1 cup of yogurt to it and mix really well. Apply thoroughly thoroughly through scalp and hair. Wash after 30 mins.
  • 16. 14)Curry Leaves Pack For Greying/Falling Hair.  Soak 20 curry leaves overnight in a cup of water. Soak a stick of ratanjyot (or several flakes of the same) in ¼ cup pure coconut oil overnight. Next morning, discard the stick from the oil, which should have turned a deep red colour. Drain out the water from soaked curry leaves and grind it with this red coconut oil in a mixer to get a paste. Apply this paste to scalp and hair. Leave on for half an hour to one hour before washing off thoroughly. You may choose to rinse with lemon juice diluted in water or you can shampoo with a mild herbal shampoo.
  • 17. 15) Henna Conditioning Hair Pack.  Soak pure herbal henna powder overnight in an iron container using freshly brewed and strained black tea instead of plain water. Add to this a tablespoon of olive/coconut/jojoba oil and the juice of half a lemon. Next morning, you have an option to mix in either ½ cup of fresh yoghurt or 1 beaten egg to it just before applying. You may apply this mixture covering all your hair and leave it on for a time duration between ½ hour to 6-7 hours, depending on your purpose. The longer you leave it on, the deeper will be the mehendi’s colouring effect. However, if you just need to condition your hair, half an hour is fine. Weekly conditioning with this pack works wonders on hair texture, growth, volume and shine.
