Unit 78 – Digital Graphics for Computer Games 
HA2 – Transformation – Game Synopsis 
Sharp edge 
The game is set in 146 BC in rural Japan. It combines the genres of Action & adventure and Strategy. The game is a 3rd person semi open 
world game which requires a large amount of strategy and tactics. The game follows the story of Yotomashi Sechugawa as he attempts to 
get revenge on an unknown individual who wants him dead. 
Day/Night cycle 
The game is split into two different sections but the same things can be done in each. When it is day the player can walk around a 
designated area and scout the target’s location and learn his routine to gain an advantage making the assassination easier, or the player 
can wait until night to sneak into the area where that target sleeps to steal valuable documents which may make it easier to kill the 
target. The player has the option to kill the target during the day or at night but, the day/night cycle takes roughly 1 hour in real time as it 
may take a while to infiltrate compounds for a daytime activity. The player is able to buy ingredients from markets and learn recipes to 
create poisons and medicines. Blacksmiths are also scattered around the game to upgrade and buy new weapons. 
Multiplayer 
The multiplayer game size is 2 vs 2 PvP. The maps are designed from sections of the single player maps. The aim of the multiplayer is to 
eliminate the opposing team. There is no time limit in these games which allows the players to take as much time as they need, the 
multiplayer has a score limit which can be edited by the host of the game when in the lobby. The first team to reach the score limit wins.

Multiplayer The multiplayer game size is 2 vs 2 PvP. The maps are designed from sections of the single player maps. The aim of the multiplayer is to eliminate the opposing team. There is no time limit in these games which allows the players to take as much time as they need, the multiplayer has a score limit which can be edited by the host of the game when in the lobby. The first team to reach the score limit wins.
