This document summarizes research conducted to redesign the data dashboard for Dorothy I. Height Community Academy Public Charter Schools (CAPCS). Researchers conducted interviews with CAPCS stakeholders to understand how to improve data-driven decision making. Stakeholders expressed that data should be used to improve student outcomes and saw potential in improved data literacy. The final prototype dashboard incorporated stakeholder feedback, displaying trend data on the most important metrics for universal use across CAPCS campuses. The recommendations aim to enhance data-informed leadership and accountability.
