The document is a letter of recommendation for Huda Al Imam from Prof. Heinz Nagler. It describes how Prof. Nagler first met Huda in 2009 when she was presenting her final project in Syria. It then discusses how Huda participated in a design module at BTU Cottbus focusing on a concert hall, where she demonstrated extraordinary abilities in analysis and design. The letter emphasizes that Huda's work was always among the best in the class and showcased her outstanding development in architectural studies. Prof. Nagler gives Huda his highest recommendation and believes she will continue to do excellent work.
Demonstrated history of working in the architectural consulting industry.
Skilled in architectural design, 3D modeling & visualization. A professional with a BSc in Architecture focused on urbanism studies from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.
Having resided in multiple cities over the last few years, both my instinctive interest and immediate exposure to many developing, expanding urban environments, has cultivated my devotion and passion to study urban settings and environments. With design and adoption of aesthetics being the center of my interest, I have always distinguished Architecture as an art.
Having worked on various scale projects -that require research studies and finding solutions to resolve complex urban issues- it has enabled me to adopt a comprehensive approach to urban planning and design, as well as, improve my capability to resolve issues linked to inadequate planning.
I firmly believe in architectural integration and perceive urban fabric as a catalyst for awareness to integrate the inside with the out, exploring the role of buildings as they connect and reinforce the major threads of urban tissues known as the study of urban morphology. The focus of urban design should shift towards the creation of qualities that create vibrant neighborhoods, which contributes to a successful World City, evolving and maintaining its beauty through time.

Letter of recommendation for Mrs. Huda Al Imam
Mrs. Huda Al Imam has asked me to write a letter of recommendation and I am
delighted to be called upon a reference. I first became acquainted with Mrs.
Huda Al Imam in 2009 when she was presenting her final presentation for the
third year semester for both Urban and Design subjects in Syria at Wadi
International university. I was visiting the college at that time to see the Syrian
group projects as usual.
Mrs. Huda Al Imam participated the design and urban planning modul “concert
hall in Stralsund harbour” at the BTU Cottbus too. In this modul, consisting of
several different exercises, regarding the understanding of urban structures and
a first design project she already has shown her extraordinary abilities to
examine issues of analysis and design with great energy from many directions.
Here Mrs. Huda Al Imam demonstrated clearly her great development of his
architectural tools and excellent thinking abilities, which allowed her to perform
at top level. She was able to develop a very interesting response to the chosen
design task, demonstrating great sensitivity toward important architectural and
urban issues of the site. Her project is characterized by a strong interest in
conceptual thinking, spatial qualities, her willingness to perform and she has
never grown tired to seek out alternatives to push her design forward.
Upon careful examination of her work, it is easily established that he possesses
outstanding capacities to harness modern digital tools seamlessly together with
traditional methods of representation in order to achieve a viable vision of a
project. Her work was determined by a very experimental and exceptional
approach and an amazing result - she got the very good grade of 1.3.
It has been a pleasure to work with Mrs. Huda Al Imam and her work ranked
always as one of the best in the class. Seeing her outstanding development in
her architectural studies, Mrs. Huda Al Imam has my highest recommendation. I
firmly believe that Mrs. Huda Al Imam will always do an excellent work.
Yours sincerely,
