Level 2 evaluates participant learning to see if they gained new skills and knowledge. Level 3 examines the organization's support and potential changes resulting from the program. Level 4 analyzes how participants apply their new knowledge and skills. Level 5 measures impact on student learning outcomes to see if they were positively or negatively affected.
