He did a very good job coordinating work between M Construction's railroad subcontractor and the Army's contractor, as the Army contractor did not have the same time constraints. Modifications were kept to a minimum to stay within the limited budget for the project. M Construction was able to complete its work on schedule and within budget under Mr. Mounga's leadership.

M Construction had to perform their pariof the work after the Army C6nbactor had completed their part. As "time" was not a concern for the Army Contractor. Mr. Mounga did a very good job in coordination as their subcontractor was aggressive and worked to complete on sehedule. Modifications were kept to a minimum as the budget for this project was limited. M Consuuction was able to work within the confines of that budget.
