2. INTRODUCTION
Cosco (India) ltd. Is an Indian sports Equipements
manufacture based in Delhi.
The company was founded on 25 January 1980 under the
companies Act 1956. Cosco was a Sister Company of Enkay
India Rubber Company, put ltd which also produces sports
equipements like basketball, football, volleyball, handball,
cricket, tennis, rackets, table tennis, and roller skating as
well as fitness equipments.
The project title “Study on consumer Football at retail shop”
Focuses on how the customer purchases as review the
football at retail shops and what are their preferences
Demand and many more thing.
3. Our research is based on primary as well as secondary data,
however primary data collection give more importance.
Research has been done by primary data collection as we
visited different retail stores which are collab with cosco and
interacted with the Manager and staff Member and try to
know the preferences of the Customer in football retail shop.
Secondary data has been collected from google and other
sites.
Questions were asked from our team and the necessary
information was filled on the basis of the Answer of Customer
and staff respondent Answer.

which it went public. After its Corporation it look over the
partnership firm Coronation Sportingball Co. founded in
1976, a producer of Sports ball. The Company’s shares are
trade India’s BSE Sensex.

7. METHODOLOGY
METHODS OF RESEARCH-:
• Observation Methods- In this Methods we have observed the
Customers which type of football they prefer and how
employees understand them.
• Question/Answer- We asked question from the Customers
About the football and also asked from manager and staff.
DATA TYPE-:
• Primary Data- It is the data collected by the researcher from
the origin itself. I have used the following sources for
Collecting data in this project.

In our Project, the primary data was mainly collected by
observing asking one or more question and we requested
them to answer our question for the requirements our study.
• Secondary Data- It is the data collected by Someone other
than the researches . It saves our time as it is not possible
to conduct a survey that can be adequetly capture past
changes mostly helped by Google.

9. CONCEPTUAL RELEVANCE
The title of the project is “Study on Customer Football at
Retail Shop”. In this project we have to go to the shop and
interact with Customers and Staff of the football retail Shop.
What is the preferences of the Customers and how to
understand Customers by the Shop’s Staff and managers.
We was gone to many football retail shop where we are try
to understand how the Customers buy footballs and contact
to Staff and Manager. They said so many Customers come to
our shop and they purchase according to their budget need
and benefits etc.
We have learnt so many thing by this project like how to
interact with Customers, How to sell, How to deal with
Customers

I like to buy Yonex and Cosco Football.

No, it directly affect the Football’s outer layer and the
life of the football become less.
• Is Cosco Football Comfortable on hard ground?
Yes, Cosco football comfortable on hard ground because
it is good bouncy football.
