This document outlines service weightage and qualifying service rules for calculating pensions and gratuity. Service can be weighted up to 5 additional years for superannuation or voluntary retirement, but total maximum service is capped at 33 years. For family pension claims with invalidity or death, minimum qualifying service is 5 years, with higher tiers for death between 1-5 years and after 5 years of service. Half years of service are counted based on 3 or 9 month thresholds, and pension/gratuity amounts are always rounded up to the next highest rupee.
