This document describes a multi-level marketing compensation plan offered by Grand Elitia. Members can earn commissions in two ways - by purchasing a membership and recruiting two other members, or by recruiting three members total. Members also earn direct sponsor bonuses of 10% for each membership sold to personally recruited members. Additional bonuses include weak leg bonuses paid on the lower sales volume side of a member's organization, and rebate credit bonuses that can be used to purchase Grand Elitia products and services based on membership purchases and re-purchases within the first 30 days.

20. Grand ElitiaWeak Leg Bonus. Accumulated sales may be held for one month. At the end of each month, any accumulated sales you have not been paid on will be flushed from your Left and Right counts.

21. Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus.This bonus gives you a monthly rebate.All individuals that have purchased a membership, regardless of whether or not they are qualified, are eligible for this bonus.

22. Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus.You receive Rebate Credits with this bonus.Use Rebate Credits to purchase Grand Elitia Goods and services.

23. Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus.The number of credits is capped and based on the number of Memberships purchased in your first 30 days.

24. Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus.A Classic Membership will award 1,500 Rebate Credits.A Preferred Membership will award 7,500 Rebate Credits.A Premier Membership will award 20,000 Rebate Credits.

25. Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus.Rebate Credits are awarded as a percentage of the initial purchase price of each membershipthat you purchased within your first 30 calendar days in Grand Elitia.

Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus- ExampleA member purchases a Classic Membership at a cost of $1,000Classic Memberships are converted to Rebate Credits at the rate of 10% of the initial purchase price.1,000 multiplied by 10% = 100. 100 Rebate Credits would be the maximum awarded on a Classic Membership each month.

27. Grand ElitiaRebate Credit Bonus- ExampleA total of 1,500 in Rebate Credits are issued for a Classic Membership. 1,500 divided by 100 = 15After 15 months, no additional Rebate Credits would be issued on the Classic Membership.The member will receive 100 Credits per month for 15 months.
