TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
• Electronic Transcript Requests can be turned in to Ms.
Mantel in Building 7 through May 30th. After May
30th requests are to be turned in to the Front Office.
• Paper Transcript Requests must be brought in to Ms.
Collins (Front Office) in mid-June and an official
transcript will be printed. Official transcripts are not
available until that time. Check the website for more
information.
Graduation Attire
•Blue cap & gown, tassel
•Wait until you’re told to wear your gown
•Do not bring a hanger

•Wear the cap flat on your head

•Guest seating is first come, first-served
•Only lower-bowl seating areas will be open, so
tell guests to arrive together for seats together.
•No one from the audience will be allowed onto
the arena floor.
•Disabled seating is available at the top of the
lower bowl; use the bridge from the Geico

•Anything loose will be collected (keys, phones)
•Find your line leader by your last name posted on

diploma table to pick up your diploma and then
back to your seat

What to do if you still owe
money or textbooks………
Textbooks:
•Go to the Media Center through the courtyard
doors to return books.
•If you owe money for textbooks you will have
to go through the debt line.
Debts:
You will enter the Media Center through the
Rotunda doors to see the bookkeepers to
reconcile your debt.
Grad Fee/Cap & Gown:
You must go to Herff Jones to pay ($120).
ONCE YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR DEBT YOU CAN GO TO THE
CAFÉ TO GET YOUR GRAD TICKETS.
