- 5. TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS • ElectronicTranscript Requests can be turned in to Ms. Mantel in Building 7 through May 30th. After May 30th requests are to be turned in to the Front Office. • Paper Transcript Requests must be brought in to Ms. Collins (Front Office) in mid-June and an official transcript will be printed. Official transcripts are not available until that time. Check the website for more information.

Graduation Attire •Blue cap& gown, tassel •Wait until you’re told to wear your gown •Do not bring a hanger •Tassel to the right •Wear the cap flat on your head •Pin the cap •NOTHING ON CAP! •School-issued cords, NHS stole, honor graduate stole, CFE cord, language medal or others cleared through administration
- 7. •Solid, Dark dress,skirt or dress pants •Do not bring a purse •Do not wear the white collar with your gown •Do not wear a corsage •Do not wear large earrings or large necklaces Graduation Attire

- 13. Graduation Day •Check-in isat 5:30pm, plan to leave home early due to heavy traffic and construction on I- 4 •Guests can enter Amway starting at 6:30pm •Late arrivals may not have their names presented during the roll call •The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:30pm
- 14. Parking • Parking inthe Geico Garage is FREE for the one vehicle with you and your cap and gown • Parking pass must be displayed on dashboard • Parking in the Geico Garage is $10 for all others

Guest Information •Guest seatingis first come, first-served •Only lower-bowl seating areas will be open, so tell guests to arrive together for seats together. •No one from the audience will be allowed onto the arena floor. •Disabled seating is available at the top of the lower bowl; use the bridge from the Geico Garage

Check-In •Security check pointthrough metal detectors •Check in at the tables •Anything loose will be collected (keys, phones) •Find your line leader by your last name posted on the walls •Stay in your lines and leave a clear path! •Put on gowns when directed •Listen for instructions **LBHS is not responsible for any items confiscated during the security check point.

- 20. •When your nameis called, walk straight out to Dr. Daniel •Shake Dr. Daniel’s right hand and reach over with your left hand for the diploma cover •Keep your head up and smile for a picture •Move left Ceremony
- 21. •Shake Dr. Griffin’shand •Shake Mrs. Sanchez’s hand •Shake Mr. Gaudreau’s hand •Walk toward the stairs and stop at Mrs. Szewczyk, our Teacher of the Year. She will turn your tassel •Walk down the steps and into a hallway •Take pictures •Meet your line leader and walk quickly back to the diploma table to pick up your diploma and then back to your seat Ceremony

- 23. After the Ceremony •Youwill exit from the floor using the rear exit on the right •Tell your family to meet you outside the main entrance on the West Plaza. •Parents and guests will not be allowed on the floor or backstage.

- 26. Important Information •First halfof the alphabet, A – K, will sit on the east side •sections 113, 114, 115, 116 •Last half of the alphabet, L – Z, will sit on the west side •sections 104, 105, 106 & 107

- 28. What to doif you still owe money or textbooks……… Textbooks: •Go to the Media Center through the courtyard doors to return books. •If you owe money for textbooks you will have to go through the debt line.
- 29. Debts: You will enterthe Media Center through the Rotunda doors to see the bookkeepers to reconcile your debt. Grad Fee/Cap & Gown: You must go to Herff Jones to pay ($120). ONCE YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR DEBT YOU CAN GO TO THE CAFÉ TO GET YOUR GRAD TICKETS.
- 30. Graduation Tickets •Your GraduationTickets may be picked up IF ALL YOUR OBLIGATIONS ARE FULFILLED. •They will be distributed alphabetically in the courtyard
- 31. Pronunciation of Names •Ifyou have ANY concern regarding the way your name might be read during roll call, please see Mrs. Riether and Ms. Goe before leaving the auditorium.
- 32. Yard Signs • Ifyou ordered a yard sign and you have not pick it up you can go to the front office and see Mrs. Macaluso.
