Advising Draper Esprit plc, the leading high growth tech
venture capital investors, on its admission to the AIM market
and the ESM market of the Irish Stock Exchange, and associated
fund raising.
Acting for Pacific Industrial & Logistics REIT plc, on its IPO,
associated £12.2 million fundraising and £27 million industrial
property portfolio acquisition.
Acting on the redomicile of Bacanora Minerals ltd from
Canada to the UK whereby dual listed Bacanora Minerals
has entered into a Canadian Plan of Arrangement with its
shareholders to exchange their shares in Bacanora Minerals.
Advising Cenkos Securities plc on a placing of £41 million
by AIM-listed Breedon Aggregates Limited, to acquire its
acquisition of Hope Construction Materials Limited for
£336 million (creating the UK’s largest independent building
materials group).
Advising Hummingbird Resources plc, the West African
gold company, on its $67 million equity fundraise for the
construction of its Yanfolia Gold Project in Mali.
Advising Investec Bank plc on Bonmarche Holdings plc’s
admission to trading on AIM and associated placing of
£100 million.
Acting for AIM-listed Stellar Diamonds plc in relation to (i) a
capital reorganisation; (ii) the issue of secured convertible loan
notes and warrants to raise approximately £2.12 million; (iii) the
cancellation of an existing convertible loan note and warrant;
and (iv) a conditional subscription to raise £0.5 million.
Acting for Liberum Capital ltd and Numis Securities on the
£30 million AIM IPO of Gloo Networks plc and placing.
Advising AIM-quoted Firestone Diamonds plc on its $224
million debt and equity fundraise.
Advising Investec, Nomad and broker to FeverTree Drinks
PLC, on its placing raising £93.3 million (£89.3 million for the
Selling Shareholders and £4 million for Fever Tree itself) and
admission to trading on AIM.
Advising Mercia Technologies plc on its admission to AIM and
simultaneous placing raising £70 million.
Advised Bushveld Minerals Limited on the US$17million
acquisition of a 78.8% economic interest in a vanadium mine
and plant in South Africa, the demerger of Greenhill Resources
Limited - Bushveld Minerals’ tin-focused subsidiary now 100%
owned by AfriTin Mining - and the admission of AfriTin to AIM.
Advised video games maker Codemasters on its £280 million
IPO and the review of the licences in and out of rights for its
